In the first one in her dream when Hugo is going when she's in the tunnel of the dead and says 'I did it for him and I'll do it again if I have to, I'LL KILL ALL OF YOU' you really really feel it.
Amicia is already one of my favourite video game characters, in large part due to the emphasis on her state of mind. I can't wait to experience more of this talented actor and her co-stars come October.
I just finished Plague Tale Requiem and I cannot express how amazing Charlotte McBurney was in this game. If she doesn't receive a VA award for this game it will be the ultimate tradgedy. Absolutely marvelous performance!

Dude, I was destroyed during every attempt of escaping the count when she cries about her ruined shoulder. That was too realistic for me to endure... You just want to hug and help her, regardless of her being a video game character.

I searched up the voice actors after the birds of prey, screeching scene on the top of the tower, which was just such a wonderful scene that felt incredibly natural. This game is truly something special and all the voice acting is phenomenal. Amicia and Hugo especially are incredible. Thank you incredibly to everyone involved
Plague Tale: Requiem was the first game in a long time that had a real emotional impact on me. A large part of that is thanks to Charlotte McBurney's incredible performance. I was disappointed to see her missing out on the best performance award, but oh well. She delivered without a doubt the best performance in the games I've played this year and I hope to hear her performing in many more games in the future!

I really enjoyed the first game and i'm just started playing requiem on p c now. She is very talented and I am enjoying this game immensely just like the first game.
This game along with the score is so emotionally charged, i hope it wins game of the year award. It's the best game i have played since valhalla back in 2020. Innocence is a good game too only requiem improves on its predecessor and it shows in the graphics, Amicia's weapons and her determination (which in Requiem is a lot stronger than in Innocence) to kill whatever stands in her way. I hope they make a 3rd installment because the idea behind this franchise has lots of potential and promises a lot in terms of storyline.
Amecia is such a Fascinating character. She’s easily one of my favorite protagonist: The game is absolutely brilliant and her performance is brilliant.

I loved that specific line. Charlotte did it wonderfully. It truly captures the human emotion of regret and insanity that takes over when people have to take other peoples lives. Its very common among soldiers.
I got so engrossed in the story, game and characters. Amicia's voice had me so moved with her realism and passion. The dream sequence from Innocene had me floored and Requiem has me wanting to jump into the screen to help her with all she's going through. Such an amazing character and female role model. Capable of so much strength drawn just from protecting her family mainly Hugo. I want my daughter to be strong like her. Amicia reminds me of Joan of Arc. Both young girls from France transformed into warriors by extraordinary circumstances.
Voice acting in the game is very good, highly unusual game with some frustrating puzzles, should have had more clarity like a HUD or mini map, 1 of those 'out there' titles that sticks in the mind, hopefully the 3rd game in the series will be a more joyous affair 😅

A fantastic example where a great voice acting really sells the scene, makes the player more engaged and cares more about the protagonist. The graphics and motion capture is not enough if the voice acting is lacking. I also play the Horizon FW at the same time, and I know, they are different games, but... Aloy just seems flat in comparison. Amazing job Charlotte! 💪
I’ve just started the second one not played the first. But understand the story, this is one of the most amazing beautiful but sad story’s told. Really enjoying it so far I hope we can cure Hugo he’s such a good character. Feel sorry for him it’s a game which will really hit you in the feels. Gonna be crying when it’s over and hope it’s a happy ending. 9.5 out of ten so far for me and only a little bit through it ❤
