Miss Mina I’m so glad you covered so much diversity in Indian cuisine. Usually people are just aware of butter chicken and chicken tikka masala but Indian cuisine has so much to offer. I highly recommend below Indian restaurants:
1) Zaika (Downtown Seattle)
2) Saffron Spice (Seattle)
3) Rajdhani (veg) famous for Thalis (Issaquah)
4) Nirmal’s (Downtown Seattle)
In India, a lot of people have a saying: “After lunch, sleep a while. After dinner, walk a mile.”
