Everything she ate in this video is actually expensive compared to normal rates in India. That’s probably because of the demand- it’s visited the most by tourists.
Actually it is costly according to Indians it is much cheaper in local markets.... (momo will cost around 40 to 50 rupees)

The Pyaaz ki kachori or the kachoris in general are meant to have less filling as it is meant to be broken down in small bits and chutneys along with curd, onion and sev is added to create the wholesome flavor!

Well that's kasundi the mustard sauce you had in the West Bengal stall and it doesn't contain horseradish. In India there's no use of horseradish. Kasundi is a very potent mustard sauce kind of like English mustard but it's grinded with the skin of mustard seeds and use of mustard oil to brings the potentness.

Dilli Haat is so expensive!! Vada Pav and Sabudana Vada can cost as less as Rs10 to Rs25 or maybe even less than that. Momos cost around Rs45 and cutlets don't cost that much even in expensive cafes🙆

@missmina The pithha you tried at the Bihari stall was on a dry side. When you have it fresh it's moist and tastes heavenly. You can have it with some mild gravy wali subzi. Also, you should have tried the Litti chokha, anarsa, etc.
