Connect MadMapper to Pangolin Beyond

Learn how to send MadMapper' laser output to Pangolin Beyond.
This tutorial shows how to control lasers through Pangolin Beyond software, which is the only option if your laser has only FB3/FB4 support. Note that Beyond only runs on Windows, and MadMapper has to run on the same computer than Beyond, so driving FB3/4 is not possible on macOS.

Is it possible to send madmapper data from one computer, to a beyond computer via ethernet?

Why use MM and Beyond connected?. What are the main benefits?

MM is easier to use but once you know Beyond theres no real point to using both .. just use Beyond

MadMapper 5.0 can connect directly with DACs etherdream (ethernet), Helios (USB), ShowNET (ethernet), LaserCube (ethernet) - more to come. When MM drives a laser through Pangolin Beyond, it is Beyond that drives the lasers. This is how MadMapper can control lasers with FB3/FB4 DACs (through ethernet)
