all you need is corn on the cob cut put in sterile Manson jars and lids n ringers, fill on till first rim 1 inch measure on top of Manson jars.fill with hot water, 1Teaspoon of kosher salt. and can quarts on 85 mins n pints at 55mins. put canner at your level mines in Pa was 10..so let cool when first and life shelf is 1 year... enjoy God bless you. from GrandmaMima.
