Idk what videos comments it was but some hieratic said P 06 didn’t save the gameplay. When the entire point is make Sonic 06 gameplay the polished experience it should have been.

I have to HEAVILY disagree on the speed sections in the original 06, the movement felt stiff for me and the fact that I couldn’t move while jumping made it even worse

It's a Ground-up recreation of the original game, made in Unity
Also Rush Sonic is a 3d model, most of the backgrounds are 2d
