Very nice teaching, I am an Obstetrician, I do sonography of my patients, I do cervical assessment by TVS of each & every pt till 32 weeks. Some patients though cervical length is good & int OS closed till 24 weeks, may lead to preterm birth at 32-34 weeks. This practice helps me to be cautious & manage the patient .

Only longitudinally as I understand it.
Cervix is best evaluted Logitudinally.That is to say there would not be doing any measurements Transversely😌
