    Hello everyone, let me give an update! So far, I’ve gotten an eczema outbreak in the inside of my elbow but a very small patch. I haven’t had anything spread past that point. That means from that video till now, I haven’t had any eczema (1.5 year), which is the longest I’ve ever gone without an outbreak, which is amazing. I also want to make it clear that this is not a full cure! Here are a list of things that are equally as important that have helped with eczema:
    -H. Pylori: I was tested for H Pylori in Egypt as well, and took antibiotics for two weeks. My eczema was clearing up after taking the castor oil, but I also believe treating H Pylori helped with a lot of gut issues and acne. And a lot of digestive issues can make eczema worse, so I’m sure getting rid of H Pylori helped a lot with keeping most of the eczema gone. So please check if you have it, it’s more common than you think!
    -Get tested for celiac disease, lactose intolerance, immune issues, low iron, low vitamin D, thyroid issues, etc.: A lot of times, eczema is a sign of something deeper, and I’m lactose intolerant and got an endoscopy to see if I had celiac disease. I got the endoscopy in April (this year 2023) and tested negative and ngl I was so happy I didn’t have celiac but I definitely am lactose intolerant so I’ve pushed to cut off coffee and drink caffeinated juice even though it makes me sad but it’s been helping a lot 😭
    -Stress: stress is an unfortunate part of life, but if you’re naturally an anxious person or don’t get enough sleep or you’re dealing with a stressful job, it can cause eczema breakouts which sucks but that’s why my eczema returned, it’s because of stress and sometimes no amount of meditating and deep breaths can take away financial stress 😂 but try your best to find habits/practices that help with stress. The only thing I can control right now is sleeping 8 hours a day and eating greens.
    Go to a different dermatologist!!!: this might seem like common sense, but I’ve been to only two dermatologists in my whole life and that wasn’t smart on my end. I went to a new dermatologist recently and she’s been giving a lot of help on eczema and hormonal acne as a whole, so please don’t give up on dermatologists!
    Lastly, I’ll apologize for misinformation: I don’t want my channel to be a “he said, she said” holistic place. I just saw my eczema going away so I made this video thinking it’ll help others who’ve gone to dermatologists and never found a way to make the eczema go away (or at least calm down). But I’ll have to say again, I can’t say this will clear your eczema or that it could even help; it’s just thoughts from a tired girly who saw a change after 10 years.
    Be weary of holistic “cures” (sea moss, apple cider vinegar, extreme diets): i was taking sea moss everyday last year and almost triggered hypothyroidism 😂😂😂 because I have a goiter and half my siblings have hypothyroid or PCOS. I just trusted a random person on TikTok who swore sea moss was the answer and started taking it without question, and I was getting sick and stopped. So please, please, please, take EVERYTHING with a grain of salt, ESPECIALLY me. The only reason I recommended this laxative because I knew that if all else fails, you’ll just have a clean stomach 😂😂😂 so no harm in recommending this.
    It’s castor oil LAXATIVE, LAXATIVE PEOPLE I BEG: the amount of times I saw a comment asking if they can use the castor oil for the hair to drink made me want to delete this video expeditiously 😭😭😭 like I was so scared somebody used the Jamaican black castor oil from Walmart and was passed out in their living room and it made me sickkkk 😃 but anyways please it’s a LAXATIVE if the bottle doesn’t say laxative for the love of everything Holy don’t drinkkkk
    I might delete this video: again, I just like making vlogs and sharing fun stuff, but if this video causes more harm than good, then I’m okay with deleting it or hiding it because I don’t want to sit here and watch people chug down hair products or refuse to see a dermatologist/endocrinologist and just drink castor oil because it’s always good to have a balance. Healthcare in America stinks, and it’s okay to be weary of healthcare providers, but not to the point where we stop advocating for ourselves and only seeking natural cures. Because if you have H pylori, no amount of smoothies or holistic advice will make it go away-you gotta take those nasty antibiotics but you’ll feel better, trust!!
    But yeah, if you’ve tried the castor oil and it made a small difference, im so happy I helped a tiny bit, but definitely don’t write off doctors like Somali dads do 😃 anyways thanks everyone, have a good day 💕

    Love your vibe and honesty! As a child, my mom would line us up and give us a spoonful of castor oil to expel parasites. After coming to America some of those traditions slowly vanished. I believe a lot of it was because my mother didn’t know the language and wasn’t able to find Castro oil as she did back home.
    I am absolutely sure I am full of parasites, I am 66 and for years have been battling with a number of illnesses for which no one can give me a definitive answer as to what is going on! So many doctor visits that lead nowhere not to mention the $$$ test done.
    I stopped going to doctors because it became pointless, I already knew the drill…I have taken matters into my own hands, by eliminating foods that contribute to poor health, I am navigating through a maze of options trying to decipher which path to take, I am fortunate to have Almighty God to guide me through it all!!

    I’m learning that the intake of excess of sugar that the body cannot process can lead to bacteria, parasites, colon issues, thyroid problems etc. that will cause eczema and other skin problems. Detox colon, liver, kidney and exercise can cancel out these skin issues.

  • @aubreyenglish23
    @aubreyenglish23 ปีที่แล้ว +50

    This is working for me!! I have had eczema on my hands (nowhere else) for a while now, it all started on my ring finger of my left hand. It spread across the one hand and then jumped to the other hand, spreading fast. I had tiny, fluid-filled blisters on my fingers and palm. I took 2 tablespoons of castor oil in warm milk just before bed, about 3 or 4 hours after I had last eaten. I weigh about 115 pounds, you may have to adjust your dosage according to your weight. Adult dosage is supposed to be 1 to 4 tablespoons.
    Before trying this cleanse, I had to rely on a prescription steroid cream to keep the redness and intense itching under control. Once, after taking it for several consecutive days, I decided to skip taking it for a day to see what would happen. My eczema immediately came back, worse than before. The night I tried this castor oil cleanse, I nervously skipped my steroid cream again. But my hands remained clear! I was overjoyed. Since taking the castor oil, I have been on the Neto diet, just temporarily, because parasites thrive on sugars and grains. So following the keto diet helps me to make my gut a hostile environment for the any parasites. Hope this helps anyone who reads!!

I have the same story like you, it started only in one finger in winter time but now I have it in both and almost cover 50% of the top skin of both hands and doesn’t want to go away. I’ll be taking the castor oil hopefully this will work for me.

    • @aubreyenglish23
      @aubreyenglish23 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Hi, unfortunately it did slowly come back, but the castor oil was the longest lasting thing I’ve tried yet that was natural. While that’s frustrating, I think it offered me a clue. I know that my eczema is definitely internal, possibly due to leaky gut. As of right now, I’m trying intermittent fasting to see if that will benefit my skin. My sister has been doing intermittent fasting for about three weeks now and is seeing positive results. She has eczema just like mine, on both hands, which started on one finger. Best of luck to you! I would still try the castor oil and see if it works for you.

Hint: they can’t make money off of holistic, natural treatments, so they will never recommend them. No profit from castor oil. And maybe the doctors were totally innocent. They are taught to treat symptoms with a medication-not how to heal the body. I’m overjoyed you found someone who was honest and knowledgeable! You should add cloves to your diet and do this cleanse again once or twice per year to prevent it from coming back.
      Americans think parasites are only in foreign countries but they are in all foods and pets that people have in their house have them and transfer it to humans. For example all dog owners have to give parasite medicine to their dogs but don't think that they can get parasites from their dogs.

    So chuffed for you because I can relate, I suffer with chronic psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, I’m 52 and have used steroids and potions etc it’s a misery. I’ve been researching parasites and have bought some herbal parasite cleansing supplements and castor oil as have learnt that parasites cause tons of health issues including autoimmune diseases, fatigue, niggly coughs , aches and pains and tons more, I’m going to do the cleanse on a full moon when the parasites apparently become more active and lay eggs 🙈 I’m preparing my body because the ‘die off’ period can knock you for six, I don’t know if it will help my issues but you have made me feel hopeful plus I don’t want no critters inside of me 😬 castor oil is magic for many things, joint pain, wrinkles, hair, lashes and again much more.

    Thanks for sharing this with me. I've been dealing with a crazy bad eczema flare-up for like 2 months now, in the exact same spots you mentioned. I'm pretty convinced it's some kind of parasite causing this. So, I tried the first day of the castor oil cleanse. Went to the bathroom three times, and the last time my poop was like all watery and gooey. I got curious and grabbed a plastic fork (weird, I know) to poke at the gooey stuff in the toilet. And guess what? I found these tiny brown worm-like things in the jelly. Loads of them. It was totally gross, but also kinda awesome because I know these are the things messing with me. Tomorrow, I'm gonna do the second part of the cleanse and hope even more of these worms come out. I'm also seeing a holistic doctor to help me strengthen my detox pathways. Honestly, I'm feeling so hopeful for the first time that this might actually be the end of my skin problems. Natural remedies are old, but gold!

      Hello, consider do castor oil patch on the area do it faithfully however when selecting your Castro oil, and sure that there is organic hexen-free, cold-pressed, and that's it's stored in am or glass bottle!
      I have kept from having a 2nd surgery of my right hand wrist because I choose to do a 30-day castor oil pack, if you are interested in seeing how I did this check out a video I did titled castor oil isn't just for Hair. Best of luck to you

    I am so happy this worked for you. There's a great energy about you :)
    I've had psoriasis (think it's the same as eczema) on my elbows for almost 3 years. The surface area has progressively got smaller and flare ups way less since I improved my diet the past 1 year but it's not disappeared. My sister used to have it on her hands I believe and she tried a parasite cleanse program (Black Walnut oil, Clove and Wormwood) for 21 days followed by drinking some Epsom Salt and grapefruit juice which had the same laxative effects as your castor oil treatment. It cured her!
    I'm going to try her method first then yours in case it fails but I'm optimistic given the common ground between your two methods plus the research i've done into those herbs she was taking for 21 days.

      Zeolite is so amazing, so underrated for so many different things. Clay is amazing and zeolite is probably one of the most powerful clays. There may be an imbalance in your immune system if the eczema is bad. Gut issues and immune imbalances usually cause or contribute to eczema, which can of course be influenced by parasites, but other things as well.

    I suffered from topical steroid withdrawal after eczema which was so worse and I finally seemed to have gotten over TSW after a couple of years but in the last couple of months my eczema has come back like crazy and in the same way as you’ve described- in my arms and my face (entirely crusty eyelids and all) I also have it around my hands and wrists now. Vaseline and aquaphor seem to do the same for me they may make me skin seem smooth for like 5 minutes then it’s back dry again and sometimes more irritated. I realize it’s linked to bad gut which sucks because I try to eat better but there so many foods that are said to hurt eczema and every other list is conflicting . I also have the horrible reactions to fragrances and it sucks being around other people who even have scented deodorants or going into shops where they burn candles because it hurts my skin so much and often gives me headaches as well :( I felt that taking L-glutamine tablets helped when I tried before but I need to get more even though it wasn’t a perfect cure . My stepmom said I should mix honey and lemon juice but I can just tell that will sting already and probably not work :( I still believe that fragrance is harmful to everyone even if it’s not something you can see or feel BUT I too would love the ability to use fragrance on special occasions and it not hurt me - I definitely want to try this because I also found that tiktoker and I’ve been using cloves and avc and I think they do help with certain things but I really will give castor oil a try because I will be elated if this works. Thank you so much for sharing

    The “ Evil Eye” is not just a “Muslim thing”, I’m Italian and we believe in it too - we call it “malocchio”. I’ve had a spot on my left leg that showed up randomly 10 years ago. Initially it was just a small round spot that looked like an ingrown hair (but wasn’t) then spread into patches of red rashes that would itch so much they would keep me awake at night and then look as if they were burns. I also put on every kind of lotion but nothing helped. My hair also started falling out to the points where I have to wear “alternative-hair” and no lotion/potion/ or doctor has helped that either. So I started thinking that it’s some sort of gut/immune system imbalance too. Changed my diet (no sugar, no starches, no processed foods, etc) but the rashes are still there although not as itchy. So now I’m definitely going to have to do a critter-cleanse (just saying the word “parasite” makes me sick!) to see if my issues clear up. Fingers crossed 🤞
