that is a bad noise and it went away after clearing codes, a bad cam phaser is all i can think of it did have cam codes, looks like there is more than one problem here, it stalled after the rear wheels hit a bump, thinking fuel pump there, you did well to pass on this one
They were having issues with the wiring harnesses on the engines in the Titan. These have the same engines so I wonder if it's the same problem? 🤔 And a mechanic that's above crawling around under a vehicle 🤔🤣🤣👍
Greetings Mr. Kenny, quick question, i have a 2017 Cadillac XT-5 with the 3.6 engine going on 90,000 miles. I get the dreaded "steering assist disable"" message. The code PO128 indicates temp sensor fail, however i have changed this with new temp sensor and same this happens. From all the blogs i have read concerning this issue GM does not really have a permanent fix for this. Any suggestions please much appreciated for any help with this issue. All the best, cheers.
All those codes near the beginning make it seem like a 5V circuit issue. Might be a chafed wire somewhere, which would explain why the problem comes and goes depending on how the van is being driven.
All those codes are for sensors on a 5v ref circuit. The fact that the APP sensor was stuck low tells me it's probably not a bad ground. It's a bad sensor, or possibly a bad power to the PCM, or a bad PCM. The dealer is the worst place to send that van.
The way they do it is not the way we want it... The way we want it is not the way they do it... I think this has a lot to do with tug of war between free enterprise and communist.. I have found the answer...😊
The noise went away, because the engine smoothed out, when you cleared the codes. Something is knocking out sensors. Powers, grounds, and signal. A common ground MAY be the cause, but it seems to me that something is taking down a power or signal, and knocking out the associated module. (THIS is the stuff I'm concentrating on, in training)
Definitely a muffler bearing or the ashtray gasket
lol
Don't be silly. Ashtray gaskets don't make ANY noise.
Now the muffler bearing, that is a real good possibility. Especially that high frequency squeal.
If anyone can figure it out Kenny you will
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family
I saw that fluid reservoir boiling like crazy ..
It was just circulating not boiling 😂
Happy Thanksgiving Mr Kenny 😅😂🎉❤
Strange problem for sure. BTW, nice to see the glimpses of fall color because living in Arizona we miss that here.
Hmmm? I'm thinking loose ground somewhere on the wiring harness.
Happy Thanksgiving Kenny and Family
Why was the power steering reserve bubbling like it was boiling?
Could the PS pump be about to explode?
Air lock can cause boiling .
It was circulating not boiling 😂
Interesting problem; Happy Turkey Day Kenny!
Accelerator sensor, hell in my 98 Dakota it's called a gas pedal .....😂😂😂
Happy Thanksgiving everyone

Electrical issues can be so weird.
The noise sounded like when my harmonic balancer fell apart in the early 80’s but that noise only went away when i replaced it
With all those codes, something is connected between them. I would think either a bad ground or a wire rubbed through shorting when hitting a bump.
Wow, that IS a weird noise. I'm not sure how to describe it.
Yes, happy thanksgiving to you and yours.
This one will probably be a good diagnostic teaching example.
Yes loud and clear sounds like a bad kunuter valve to me but what do I know.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and Meg, hope all is well. Thanks for the video

happy fatten up and sleep in chair day.
You should recognize a bad muffler bearing!
Good day brother Kenny. That is a strange noise. It's haunted, it's a Nissan!
That sounds like a very good jigsaw puzzle! In other words very hard to figure out!

I hear that noise also... But I still think it's in your head... That would be too easy... That noise is the taxpayers moaning...😮
Bit of a disappointing ending. Like to see you fix things.
Hope in the end maybe you find out what it was, even if YOU don't find it, just for us.
Very interesting. I wonder if the engine computer reads one APP signal and the transmission module reads the other?
Almost sounds like a pulley of some sort.
You look kinda springy to me 😊
@2:14 I see the problem.....
Later Dudes
Yeah the dealer's gonna find that, right?
Alternator
Nissan = the Chrysler of Japan. Happy thanksgiving everyone.
Is the vehicles name Christine?LOL
I always thought those were cool. If they were 4wd and weren't Nissans, I'd probably have one.
Mnf are destroying car quality with all this electronic junk.

Call check engine chuck he likes problem child vehicles 😅
