For wool sweaters- (I saw we have the same samsung washer) use the wool cycle and then spread them flat on a towel-my granny though me that. To never hang them until almost dry. It is to keep the shape.

Kitting has been liken to a meditation, I wonder if that is helping with the anxiety?!?! I can't knit I am all thumbs. LOL I do meditate and that helped tremendously with my anxiety!! I soooo Love that periwinkle sweater on You!! Beautiful 😍
Morrisons ❤I work there I think the same about kids clothes but I think Morrisons does very classic and not too grown up clothes that are really good quality apparently there what used to be lady bird at Woolworths xxx
I feel the same way about cross stitch - I love it! although the end result isn't nearly as practical or useful as knitting lol!
My favourite thing is to knit while watching your vlogs! I'm knitting a lovely wrap cardigan right now and can't wait to wear it because it seems like being wrapped in a frothy cloud. Anyway, I thought I'd mention one of my favourite youtube knitters, her channel is called Mandarine's and she also sells patterns. I thought you might like her vibe/designs. Also Fabel Knitwear is another lovely pattern designer. I love Petite Knits, I have so many of her designs on my wishlist! Can't wait to see your progress

PetiteKnits is so your style! You’ll be knitting a sweater before you know it. You’ll be surprised at how quickly it will grow compared to the scarf you’re knitting if you use a thicker worsted weight yarn ☺️

Aaaawwww, I’m a North Sea girl, grew up a 5 minute walk from the North Sea in Belgium. I’ve been missing living near the sea lately.
I’ve knitted and crocheted for year, but I’ve never been able to master circular needles (I learned to knit with four needles instead, but I struggle with that now too. I’ll keep trying though. Thanks for inspiring me to do so ☺️).
Maybe put the doll’s house on to of the cubby you’ll have built in that corner? As she gets taller, it may be more fun to stand while she’s playing with her dolls in the house?
I love that you learn how to knit, I've always knitted along while watching your vlogs! A very good knitting youtube channel I can recommend is Kuttovakika. She also has a beautiful knitting book, I'm currently knitting her Maybe Forever Sweater in a light yellow 🥰
I don't know if it will help because I haven't tried it out myself, but I've read that if you freeze your sweater it will help the fiber settle and stop it from falling out. I've been meaning to try with the sweaters I've knitted with silk mohair, but I always forget. Loved that you've started knitting!

Rhiannon what product do use to de-fluff your jumpers??!
Not that you need any knitting tips, but if you tension the yarn around your pinkie instead, it will just continually slide through without you having to keep wrapping it around your first two fingers. The scarf is looking great!!

I knit continental as it is easier on my wrists and hands! (And because I can knit really fast with it)

I was always taught to “throw” my yarn when knitting too, I’ve tried the other way but I just can’t figure it out lol
I want to try the other way too as it’s meant to be quicker but I’m not sure I’ll get my head around it. Worth trying though 😅

Hi Rhiannon. Just heard in your video that you struggle to find clothes for Delilah that are age appropriate. I find really nice, good quality stuff for my little one at Fat Face, their kids stuff usually goes up to age 10. Also perhaps try Lindex (another Swedish shop just like Arket!) 😊
It puzzles me why knitting is taught in such a laborious way in the UK and US. I see that in every movie when they happen to knit and wonder why. The way I was taught in Germany we don't need to put the wool around the needle with one hand in order to pull it through. We just keep the thread behind the needle and can catch it there with the needle and pull it through in one motion. That probably takes half the time.
I wish I’d found a tutorial that taught me that way. I’ll have to try learning as it definitely seems quicker!!
