इकहरी लाइन पर सम्पूर्ण संचार व्यवस्था भंग होने पर गाड़ियों का संचालन - इकहरी लाइन खंड पर जब दो स्टेशनों के बीच संचार के साधनो द्वारा,जो की प्राथमिकता के क्रम से दिए गए है, उनमे से किसी भी साधन से लाइन क्लियर प्राप्त न हो सके तो सम्पूर्ण संचार व्यवस्था भंग होना माना जायेगा।

GR 6.03 के अनुसार लाइन क्लियर लेने देने के लिए संचार के साधन जो की प्राथमिकता के क्रम में दिए गए है उसी के अनुसार लाइन क्लियर ली/दी जाती है जिसमे CUG तथा पर्सनल फ़ोन को संचार के साधन के रूप में नहीं माना गया है ।
