Ingredients:-
500 g chicken boneless
3/4 cup fresh cream. ( 150 g )
1/2 cup yogurt ( 100 g )
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chat masala powder
1 tsp salt
1 handful coriander leaves
2-3 green chillies
10-12 cashews
50 gram butter
1 lemon
1 tbsp oil

I have now made this recipe in-numerous times. It’s so easy and quick. Tip: use chickens thighs instead of breasts and i also like to add meat tenderiser in the marinade. It turns out delicious every time alhumdulillah🥰

Tip: when you are done cooking the chicken on stove. Put it in the oven pn broil for 3 to 5 mins to give it a nice brownish effect.

I just made it tdy and oh my it was gr8 . I used only 1 chilly becuz we don't eat spicy food much and also used only 3 tbsp of cream but it still came out really well. Grilling it adds a different dimension to it so suggest don't skip that step.Thanks Lubna for another winner
