That was quite frankly the single most rewarding and insightful podcast that I’ve ever seen! I didn’t know what to expect when coming into this, but I’m leaving with a metric tonne of inspiration and information. Thank you so much to both of you, from the bottom of my heart! ❤
@@vincentsnow8436 Hey man, I was very inspired by this and I’ve actually made a fair few changes in my life since watching it and acting on what Andy said. As I prefaced, I didn’t think that’d be the case going into it either (after seeing a few of Andy’s shorts), but in this long form format, I can see that he’s just trying to help people and inspire us to be the best versions of ourselves. Hope that everything is great on your end man, keep on grinding! 😊
This podcast deserves so much more attention. Ironically, oddly enough, all of Andy’s main points are valid because the ATTENTION span of today wouldn’t make it through the long form version of this. Do yourself a favor, you know what you’re here for, watch this entire thing and take it to heart. Thank you Austin for this episode and more!
Andy Elliott's insights on overcoming barriers and achieving potential are spot on. One advanced tactic often overlooked is leveraging psychological triggers in sales, such as scarcity and social proof, to increase conversion rates. Understanding the psychology behind why people buy can significantly enhance your sales strategy.
@@StoicIntellectual mediocre?! What do you think this whole conversation was? This shit ain't new or ground breaking. Andy is telling you what humanity has been writing down since cuneiform. It's all basic. If anything is mediocre it's your mentality because you can't understand the power of the simple things.
Andy has shown what a pure example of gold means to be, from setting examples and actually doing the work as a person who shows leadership. If any of you are scrolling through the comments, scroll back up and listen to the entire podcast. Thank you Austin for the upload!
Sales is deep, its not just about knowing your product and getting customer to buy, you must make a friend first and show them you trullyyyyyy care for them. Its more psychological than anything, im on my 3rd year almost of door knocking sales and its pretty crazy how people think. Im getting to understand the human mind the more i do door knocks. Sales is amazing! And so is Mr Andy Elliott hes spot on! Great channel.
@@AustinZaback Really! are you serous bro! I mean I can't wait to see and hear from him again. I just love his energy man. He said it true that he injects energy whenever he talks. I just love this man already. I have just discovered this video today on my feed and I instantly loved it. Great job once again brother.
Damn he really nailed this interview! So many useful insights! Absolutely love his views on familt and business and learning to prioritize what ACTUALLY matters like your kids and family and your health. 🔥 💥
Andy sold me a car back in 2004,he had me in the office crunching numbers,he injected me with roids told me to take my shirt off and made me buy a high miileage dodge
I never sell. I offer people the opportunity to achieve their dreams. If their dreams arent important to them, they arent worth my time. If they are serious about their future, its go time. Find out what is important to them and use it like a morphine drip throughout the call/meet.
1. Believe in the product you’re selling 1000%. People smell bullshit a mile away. 2. Find the pain and relieve it for your customers. Utility bill too high? Invest in solar power. Care about the environment? Go solar. 3. As long as you convince yourself that you’re bad at anything, you will be right. You have to center validation of your mission on the inputs. If all of your energy is focused on the end result and you haven’t fallen in love with perfecting the process required to earn that end result then you’re putting the wagon before the horse.
it is not true about training the team. my wife also told me to train the people. i did for 3 years. one day they decided to go on their own stealing all the clients. people are evil.
I found his story of his early days in car sales interesting but the rest seems straight out of the multilevel sketchy playbook - seeding the clouds with statements like “if you’ve missed out on 300k in lost potential income means that you should be willing to spend up to that amount for training” is just a pathetic manipulation of people’s vulnerabilities.
Research Andy Elliot, gloss over his history of being underhanded, and find videos of him "training" his beloved team. Andy Elliott is condescending, belligerent, borderline hateful, arrogant, spiteful and just an all around jerk to those he supposedly considers as family, business partners etc. Andy Elliot is "in it" for himself. His people are his tools whom he wants total domination over. That's why he looks for the "broken wing" recruit over a well adjusted adult. They're simply easier to manipulate.
Being straight forward and honest isn’t condescending, hateful, belligerent, spiteful or being a jerk. He’s trying to give people a reality check not stroke their egos. A real friend or a person who really cares will shoot it straight. Pretty simple. Not for the soft minded.
It's crazy you can give all the free game and people won't listen. I had a person like AE mentor me, I only knew roofing through my life but herion was a better living. About 6 years out of prison had had a gentleman that did a sales course called stairway to victory. Everything changed never in my life did I think a drop out, felon tattooed head to toe could be doing custom services sales/consult. My worst year since that day was $120,000 I wish the owner of my company would get AE sales training for this company. It works I listen to you alot everything you say from abs, relationship, verbage just life is spot on them 16 weeks changed my life am 43 making 200s, compeate in bodybuilding happy wife and a 17yr 4th in the state for wrestling never ate McDonald's to name a couple.
@@jontnoneya3404 My bad I was trying to comment while listening and so much comes to mind. I filled in some blanks my point though is AE gives so much free game.
