Ma'am I'm gonna pursue paeds from a pvt colg of my state this yr... Ma'am do I've to put extra efforts to learn this subject better in my residency??
Also ma'am y students of pvt colgs are taken lightly... We also study hard & put our best to learn the subject 😔

If you are interested in Neonatology, it's a good read. But for residency, AIIMS NICU protocols are enough
