Hey Nick, I'm new to your channel and I am doing a school project. Is it possible to add a neon shape around the model as well? I need to effects, and right now I am using double exposure, and I was hoping to see if I can get help with the neon shape as well...
@Nick hi. Any chance you could redo this using version 2.10.30, if you haven't already? Some of the features used in this video have changed since this version.
What if there's a natural background and not white , and I just want to keep that background as it is and just change the background of the icon. How can I do it?
yes you can use gimp on ubuntu, and this version looks a little bit old but I can't anwer you surely because i think there is a possibility to change the icons
My background image's size is limited by yellow dotted lines (after dragging and dropping) and no matter how much I try it does not grow. What should I do?
When I scale the second image (the behind the model background) to a smaller size, the model picture is cut in half or more. Here is a screenshot of what I refer to: i.imgur.com/nk1muAK.png Can you not scale the background forest as small as you want so that it appears only, lets say on the forehead of the model? Thats what I am trying to do but it cuts the image of the model. (see screenshot above) I would appreciate the help, being trying for a long while.
hello sir I'm have a problem using gimp... Actually when I'm dragging pictures in gimp some of becomes big in size and some of the small in size and when I try to scale them then they become blur... please help me to figure it out.
NICK!!! I AM IN DESPERATE NEED OF YOUR HELP! I have watched every tutorial there is and have researched everywhere to find a solution but without progress. How do you add new patterns in gimp??? I tried transferring my png files to the gimp patterns folder (after right clicking on the gimp icon to show package contents) but it doesn't work, I am completely stranded and hope that you see this comment so that you can HELP ME!!!
It took you less than 1min to 'blow my mind!' .....where'd all the background go?! :-p Seriously though I am dreadful at GIMP/INKSPACE but every time I watch one of your videos I pick up a little tip or trick which makes me suck 0.01% less! :-)
