MMGE 3.0 is a graphical enhancement mod for GTA San Andreas. It comes with new shaders, lighting and features.
There is a readme in MMGE 3.0 and if you follow that it will work. The mod won't work on Windows 10. For Windows 8 you have a crash fix and for Windows 7 it runs perfectly. Also you should not have any mods conflicting with MMGE 3.0. Good luck ; )

Stellasin yes I know, that's why a fps test is needed haha now it looks all pretty and awesome but I've got a gtx 970 and also get like 20 fps average.

They already made one but I'm not so happy about it. A remaster should come with GTA V's graphics. The remaster which they did has only a few changes.

What really irks me about mmge 3 is that when stormy light flashes the surroundings become bright as if it is daylight. Unrealistic. But everything else is good.

Animesh Ray Just drag and drop the files in the GTA SA folder. If you're using Windows 8/8.1, use the crash fix given in the mod. You cannot use this on Windows 10. This ENB is made for Windows 7.

Yes you can. Its almost my specs only. You will get 15 - 30 fps with this at 720p resolution. It will be slower on 1080p. Use silent patch for more resolutions.

Yeah. There is another mod that is under development. It's called SA_DirectX. Looks pretty cool.
The water and the skybox look pretty good, but the rest is still the same old textures, just blurry for some reason.
The water and sky are both part of the enb. Textures are SRT3.
The rocks aren't the prettiest :v

Hey guys, i have a problem with this Marty Mcfly's mod, everything looks so bright and its so annoying, my eyes hurt, how can i decrease the brightness?
Go to the menu>options>Display options and decrease the brightness. If it's still bright try reducing your monitors brightness. If it's not solved there must be a problem with the game.

It's something we don't notice in vanilla because the lighting isn't accurate. It's an old game so most of the textures were hiding the low amount of polygons

I'm not sure. It runs at 30 fps on a GTX 970. Maybe you can ask the developer of this mod.
I wish enb series is not bugged on windows 10/8/8.1 if i use like this the water goes ugly white think there is no texture for the water.

1. You might be having another timecycle mod installed. Go to your data folder and check if there is a file called timecyc.aaa. Delete that. Also check if you have any timecycle mod in the modloader folder if you use it.
2. I don't use any fps mod. I just reduced the resolution to 1280x720p
