Hi Nathan I’m totally excited for this song been doing awesome so far my older brother Danny waysted did a phenomenal job at his heart surgery last week I’m so proud of him 🥲🥹he is a fighter as well he’s now continuing his recovery at home at his cottage in Canada 🇨🇦 he’s been doing very well actually he is gonna release new music soon with his band waysted generations overall everything went well on my brother’s surgery he’ll be back in studio by Friday or so his album will be a deep emotional album he will be making I’m very excited for my brother’s music future 😀🥹🥲 I’m crying in happy tears this is a big miracle moment for my brother I’m so happy 😃 🥲 love you Nathan 😃🙏🥹

I guess there is none of Nathans songs I did not listen to carefully from first word to last. Honesty, patience and deep conversations are some things pretty rare in my under - 20 - years - generation. More young people should listen to songs like this, it could teach them one or another life lesson, like it taught me in heavy times.

But I feel like not many are willing to give their everything to achieve their own dreams or to give just a little bit back they were given. You give many things to many people every day with your music, let me tell you this. To "sometimes hearts break" and "Lonely" I learnt to walk again after I got paralyzed with 17. To "man of stone" and "Love" and "Don't forget me" I learnt to love again. To "Endless war" I learnt to fight again. To "Growing up" I learnt to give more than I ever thought I could to live again. To "Miss you" I left my past behind me. So, each and every of your songs gives so much to the ones who really listen and you can only wish it for the good people out there who need a shoulder to lean on, but have none. That they listen to your music like I did.

When I listen to your music, no matter which song (I love them all), I always feel a bit lighter than I did before. The emotions you sing into existence relief me of the seemingly constant war against myself that's going on in my heart and head. Media nowadays often feels so superficial so it stands out when somebody goes and creates something as meaningful as you did.
I obviously haven't experienced all the things you sing about but I can relate to the feelings you express. It's incredibly relieving for me to be reminded that I'm not the only one who takes the things others say or do to heart and that I'm not the only one who has to experience all of these deep and complicated feelings.

We've all been through harsh times with others, and others take suffering far too lightly or simply don't read the room because they're caught up in their own torrent (recently got blocked by someone I considered my friend after he had an emotional meltdown and wouldn't talk to me about it; it hurt and angered me for a few weeks, but I sought for peace-of-mind and lived with the fact that I wouldn't get any restitution for what happened, so I left).
It reminds me of a verse: "Strive not with a man without cause, if he hath done thee no harm." (Proverbs 3:30 KVJ). There are a lot of passages that pertain to being at peace and being still even when there's temptation to lash out, when someone you feel has harmed you but has actually done no harm or caused any harm, because toxic behavior that beckons others to chase others just to harm them or feel vindicated through a power-play becomes their undoing in the end. Pain is inevitable, as is betrayal, so keep yourself well-guarded but do not let that bitterness burn out whatever compulsive compassion you had before towards others.

It's absurd how everything I've been going through lately is enclosed in one song. I have been arguing heavily with my mother for some time now and she has come to tell me the nastiest things ever, which have hurt me a lot. This song reflects what I feel inside me and that I would also like to ask her but I don't do it so as not to start yet another quarrel.
