Never heard Minnie Pearl’s Chicken until recently.I think this chain would have done great and gave KFC a run for their money,if there actually was a recipe first,before the franchise idea.I believe this chain failed because there was too much focus on franchising.Would have liked to have visited one of these.I remember Minnie Pearl on TV as a kid and have always liked her style of entertainment.Thanks Eric for uploading this!.😎
