Abdullah ibn Hawalah said: The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said: "Matters will run their course until you become three armies: an army in AshSham (Syria), an army in 'Iraq, and an army in the Yemen." I said: "O Messenger of Allah, which one I should join ? " He said: "You should go to AshSham, for it is the best of Allah's lands, and the best of His servants will be drawn to there. If you do not (go to AshSham), go to the Yemen and drink from its wells. For Allah has guaranteed me that He will look after AshSham and its people." (Abu Dawud)
Ka'b said: " Twelve kings of the non-Arab kings will participate in the Al-Malhama Al-Kubra (Big War). The youngest among them who has the least troops will be the chief of the Romans. In Yemen, for Allah, there are two treasures. One of them was brought forth on the day of Yarmouk Battle (against the Romans in 636 AD) when the Azd tribe was one third of people. The second treasure will be brought forth after the Big War by seventy thousand sword carrying (Muslim) fighters." (Nuaim bin Hammad's Kitab al-Fitan)
And al-Bukhari and Muslim narrated in the Sahihayn from Mu'adh ibn Jabal [radhiyallahu 'anhu] that he said: "The Messenger of Allah [sallallahu 'alayhi wa-sallam] said: "There will always remain a group from my Ummah fighting upon the way of Truth, victorious over all who oppose them, until the last of them fights al-Masih ad-Dajjal." Mu'adh ibn Jabal said: "And they will be in Sham." And in another narration: "There will always remain a group from my Ummah, fighting upon the way of Truth, victorious until the Day of Resurrection. 'Isa ibn Maryam will descend and their amir will say: "Come and lead us in the prayer." So he will say: "No, for you have been made leaders of each other, Allah's honour to this Ummah." And in another narration: "There will always remain a group from my Ummah, fighting at the gates of Damascus and its surrounds, and at the gates of Bayt al-Maqdis and its surrounds, who will not be harmed by those who let them down. They will be victorious upon the Truth until the coming of the Hour."

@@Ahmad15070 ASA. They were "cursed" long before the prophet Isa a.s. (Jesus). The Torah itself mentions God forbade them from having their own nation because they constantly challenged God. They also killed/attempted to kill most of the prophets and messengers. They challenged God in practically every sense which is why they were punished.

Prophet SAW: You should choose Syam, because it is Allah's chosen land, where Allah has gathered His chosen servants there, if you cannot, then you should choose Yemen and give (your animals) water from the pools (in its valley), because Allah guarantees me the land of Syam and its inhabitants." (Saheeh, HR. Abu Dawud (2483) Imam Ahmad (4/110) Al-Hakim, and Ibnu Hibban)
These army will be well established. So far they are not ready but the sign is evident.
Abdullah ibn Hawalah said: The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said: "Matters will run their course until you become three armies: an army in AshSham (Syria), an army in 'Iraq, and an army in the Yemen." I said: "O Messenger of Allah, which one I should join ? " He said: "You should go to AshSham, for it is the best of Allah's lands, and the best of His servants will be drawn to there. If you do not (go to AshSham), go to the Yemen and drink from its wells. For Allah has guaranteed me that He will look after AshSham and its people." (Abu Dawud)
Ka'b said: " Twelve kings of the non-Arab kings will participate in the Al-Malhama Al-Kubra (Big War). The youngest among them who has the least troops will be the chief of the Romans. In Yemen, for Allah, there are two treasures. One of them was brought forth on the day of Yarmouk Battle (against the Romans in 636 AD) when the Azd tribe was one third of people. The second treasure will be brought forth after the Big War by seventy thousand sword carrying (Muslim) fighters." (Nuaim bin Hammad's Kitab al-Fitan)
And al-Bukhari and Muslim narrated in the Sahihayn from Mu'adh ibn Jabal [radhiyallahu 'anhu] that he said: "The Messenger of Allah [sallallahu 'alayhi wa-sallam] said: "There will always remain a group from my Ummah fighting upon the way of Truth, victorious over all who oppose them, until the last of them fights al-Masih ad-Dajjal."
Mu'adh ibn Jabal said: "And they will be in Sham."
And in another narration: "There will always remain a group from my Ummah, fighting upon the way of Truth, victorious until the Day of Resurrection. 'Isa ibn Maryam will descend and their amir will say: "Come and lead us in the prayer." So he will say: "No, for you have been made leaders of each other, Allah's honour to this Ummah."
And in another narration: "There will always remain a group from my Ummah, fighting at the gates of Damascus and its surrounds, and at the gates of Bayt al-Maqdis and its surrounds, who will not be harmed by those who let them down. They will be victorious upon the Truth until the coming of the Hour."
