This has been the most informative video. And I’ve watched so many about this region. Thank you!

Hi, the exotic garden in Eze is absolutely beautiful with amazing views and beautiful statues which really add to the atmosphere. There is an area to sit too. I took an early train and hiked up. Take a right turn when you leave the station as there is a ramp to the left also.I find it easier hiking up instead of down. I also saw the Monaco garden and Eze is better.

Thank you so much! I hope you enjoy your trip. We’ve been a couple times and it’s one of my favorite places. Such a fun mix of interesting towns and cities and beautiful beaches and other outdoor activities. If you have any questions about the area let me know and I’d be happy to try and help.

Eze looks beautiful! I love the small stone paths with plants all over them, you can't really "manufacture" that look! And the weather looked gorgeous for October

Yes! You can just tell that Eze is old and full of history. It’s taken thousands of years to get to where it is. It was amazing weather for October. Apparently the French Riviera is the driest area of France with very little rain.

HI! Great video! Just wondering how did you get from Monte Carlo Casino to the Prince Palace in Monaco? Did you walk, use the bus, or tram? It's gonna be hot and I'm going there next week so I would like to know what's the best way. I heard its a 20 min walk, but with the heat, probably better to take the bus or tram?

      Hi! Thank you 😊
We walked but it was far! I would recommend the bus especially if it’s hot. It looks like you can take the 80 or the 601 from the casino to Place d Armes bus stop for around 2€. You’ll still have to walk up to The Rock (where old town and the palace are) but it will save you a good amount of walking.

So the #82 bus takes you to top of village (no hiking up?) but then you have to take #83 bus to train station to continue on to Monaco, or hike down? How long was the hike from Eze to train station? Thanks!

Hi! Yes, if you take the 82 bus from Nice to Eze village there is no hiking. You do have to walk uphill to get to the village a bit but it’s nothing like hiking. You can then take the 83 bus to Eze sur mer train station and then take the train to Monaco. Of course if you don’t want to go to Monaco on the same day you can just take the 82 bus back to Nice. Google maps should also show you these routes. The hike took us around 30-40 minutes.

Hi! I am planning to visit Eze this summer and I was wanting to know if you visited the exotic garden in Monaco since you mentioned it has been said that it is better than the one in Eze. Not sure which one I want to visit and wondered if you would recommend one more? Thanks!

Hi! We actually haven’t been to the exotic garden in Monaco. Since we did Eze and Monaco in the same day (I wouldn’t recommend that) we didn’t have a ton of time in Monaco. I read that the Monaco garden is better but I do see a lot of pictures from the Eze garden and I think the views may be better from Eze. The size and variety of plants may be better in Monaco though. I haven’t been to either though so take all of this with a grain of salt 😂
I hope you have a great trip! You’ll love Eze. It’s beautiful!
