Great to hear this: I am Roy, owner Sony Pros.. Since 2005 I have sold and or renewed over 1000 Sony 300 and 400 CD Changers. I look forward to filling the need that is coming!
What I want to do next time is plan a trip out to Coachella Valley where they got the Revivals and Angel View chains, in addition to Goodwill. I'll be in the Denver area to get more CD stock for my eBay store in a couple of weeks. Colorado has a chain called Arc Thrift Stores that has tag-color days and whichever location I go to, I clean up! There's only one Goodwill in Denver that's worth going to, but they're $2.99 a pop so I tread more carefully in that store, which sucks.
Great bargains again Rudy. We had about 100 CD's donated recently, in the charity shop I volunteer for but there was nothing special amongst them only main stream artists and quite a few high numbered "now" albums, which actually sell quite well. Liked you I'm not a fan of country and western. I've been listening to Kraftwerk.
You won't find much before 1985 on cd for that price or deluxe editions. The common stuff that was on the charts and in every department store from 1990-2005 will be cheap because so much made and little to moderate interest at best. Even deluxe editions and Japanese imports on cd may be cheaper than Lp.
Wow, Rudy, that thrift store is literally just a mile or two from my old stomping grounds! Yup, I grew up in the Chino area! Next time I wander down that way (it's been forever), I might have to check out how much the area has changed, and scope out that store. Nice haul of CDs, there!
Ive been buying CDs for a couple months, including collecting the ones I had when I was little but yeah its so satisfying for how inexpensive it is to own the album you want in a physical packaged form. CDs and vinyl will level out soon
Do you think there is a connection between the deals to be had on the Compact Disc format and the ever growing rate of deterioration from age? (CD Rot) its a proven fact that polycarbonate plastic compact discs will only last 20-50 years and to be frank the end is very near.
I can totally attest to the fact that this is a great time buy CD's. Over the past few years I've finding such amazing CD scores at thrift shops for $2 and $1 apiece that I can hardly believe what I'm finding. To further prove that fact, I noticed that 7 months ago I left a comment on one of your videos saying that my collection is up to 1184 CDs..... well now it's at 1298 ! and shows no signs of stopping as long as can keep getting them at those prices. Congrats on your great finds!! Cheers
I do resale, but when I go to sales, I'm also buying things I need or want. I have an extreme appreciation for music, so when I find vinyl, CDs, and cassettes, I can't pass it up if the price is right. I probably bought around 100 CDs last year. Couple times I had to buy the whole rack in order to get all the ones I wanted. Some are junk and will get trashed. Still have to go through everything and sort them out and get everything organized. My collection consists of everything from AC/DC, KISS, to Simon and Garfunkel. WASP to classical. A few country to the War of the World's original radio broadcast. Thanks for the video.
George Strait (turning 72 this month!) Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson (91!!!)...all those guys are great! But what about Alan Jackson, Bellamy Brothers...?
I am listening to Lisa mchugh she is a beautiful looking lady with beautiful voice your lest album called whact me ❤❤❤❤❤ she is a country music star 🌟 she had a big it with hillbilly girl fromIreland 🇮🇪 🇮🇪 🇮🇪 🇮🇪 🇮🇪 😢
And, truthfully, I wouldn’t mind getting the Milli Vanilli CD. The songs are better than most others Dance Pop records from the time frame. (And I’m a die hard Rock guy, but willing to check out other genres of music as well.)
The thrift store I got these from is called Three Way Thrift. I go there on Mondays. They put 2 of the tag colors 50% off plus an additional 20% on all items. Thanks for watching God Bless! 😊🙏
True audio junkies know vinyl sound is superior but one can enjoy all physical media formats. My cd buying has never stopped and vinyl now has become a 'treat myself' type thing since prices are silly expensive.
@@elroythewonderboy You'll be long gone before that happens. I have CDs from the 80s that look pristine. The only CDs that have "rot" problem are the recordable ones that had horrible dye that didn't hold up. I also have a lot of music recorded to CD that have held up also due to the media being quality and researched as to which to buy.

Nice collection of cheap cds. Great stuff.

I bought a few CDs on Amazon the other day and once those come Ill be doing a video on them! Thumbs up! Trish

And what you need when you buy CDs is a decent CD player I picked up a Technics separate for 20 quid off Facebook works perfectly 👍

Great selection for a great price. You can't go wrong for $6

I don’t really know enough about that to comment… we’ll just have to wait and see… God bless! 😊🙏

That’s awesome! Keep Stacking those CDs! I remember that post! Have a great day!
God Bless!
😊🙏
Good stuff! I just scored that same Milli Vanilli CD. If I remember correctly, Girl You Know It’s True is the song that started skipping on them.
Yes that’s the song good memory! Thanks for watching and God bless! 😊🙏
I love that people have been unloading their cd's. Has been a bonanza for me.

George Strait Greatest Hits album is a top 10, maybe 20 on a bad day, all-time album. Just a perfect country collection. Mwa!
I’ve been listening to Blondie.
The Star Profile releases are technically considered bootleg releases.
The 99 cent CDs…from Goodwill?

Yeah but CDs have no soul. They're too small and clinical and they're useless against zombies
😂 God bless!

No soul yea right. You stick with your hiss and pop.
Uh hello stop telling people this,or it won't BE a buyers market anymore.
There is no reason to buy vinyl if it's digital vs. the original master tapes. It woun't sound better than a CD.
Vinyl will last longer. All CDs will eventually get disk rot and delaminate.
