I'm a big fan of Warwick basses and Sadowsky basses, but importing them to Brazil is almost impossible due to logistical reasons, I already contacted Roger once, he replied that shipping and fees would be very expensive, that got a little discouraged. But I didn't give up on my dreams of having a Sadowsky NYC
So now that Sadowsky Germany is been up and running for a while, I assume that the NYC shop is just for custom orders? If that's true, then why is there also a custom shop in the German factory? By the way, great series of videos! I learned a lot!

Roger partnered with Warwick to produce his MetroLine and MetroExpress models to offer Sadowsky instruments at all price ranges at the highest possible quality to enable himself to focus more on building custom shop instruments in NYC. The NYC custom shop is smaller in scale and produces a limited number of custom instruments each year. Since Warwick is producing premium custom instruments as well, we can also offer german made custom shop Sadowsky instruments. I have a Sadowsky Japanese Metro express and it has a vintage tone control. Was it the metro version that did not?
