    I like the machine and tutorial and the fact that u have the list of supplies, but me and my dad was trying to make it for a church fundraiser and the only issue we had was that we didn't know exactly sure how u tide the string and what it looked like in the bucket after u was done with it. We figured it out, but it was just kinda difficult without seeing a picture or something of the inside of the bucket. But great tutorial over all

    Hi Brad, great video. I am trying to figure out where each of the pieces go and am a little confused about the single 18" piece. It seems the only piece that doesn't need a duplicate in the same size would be the piece on the top right at 3:37, but 18" seems too short. HELP!!

    Hi! Just was wondering what the purpose of adding both of the toilet pieces, opposed to just adding the pipe with the flapper and not the plunger pipe. Does the plunger pipe have a purpose?

    • @bradfordtube3634
      @bradfordtube3634  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's so you can connect the water hose so once you hit the target the water will automatically fill back up and stop when its full

      Haha, I realized right after I wrote this. It refers to it in the materials list. Thank you! I am building this for the Summer Camp I run at the Boys and Girls Club. It’s going to be a huge hit I’m sure!

    How do you tie the string onto the flapper to get it to trip? Could not tell exactly how to hook it.

    • @bradfordtube3634
      @bradfordtube3634  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      The flapper kit I bought came with a Chain connected to the flapper so I just tied a peace of string to the chain to make it longer and attached it to the bolt shown in video.

    • @bradfordtube3634
      @bradfordtube3634  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Notice the string is tight with no slack... you want the Flapper to lift as soon as you hit the target

    • @waterboyblue1
      @waterboyblue1 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ok it looks like the string run threw a hole in the bucket? Do u attach the string to the backside of the pipe?

      About $150, would of been way cheaper with 1" Pvc. Just wanted something sturdy

    Thanks for the video! Would like to try it but have a couple of questions. Why a cross tee at the top rather than a normal tee? Also, what are the cut lengths for the 1 1/2” PVC?

  • @nicks9683

    If you're making this in Canada, it will cost you exactly $275, taxes included. 2" PVC is extremely expensive so instead I used black ABS.

    Hi there awesome video mate. I have all the materials and am cutting pipes to length. I followed your list of 9 tee pieces think u used 13 of them ? Correct me if I'm wrong. Also I'm struggling to get my hands on a cross tee piece. Wouldn't a normal tee piece just do the same action? Can't wait to have some fun with the kids with it. Many thanks chris
