I didn't do a thing: ny gamebreaking foe just initiated Regnum Dei even though I was dead, which is normally impossible. The death animation started the moment I could do anything :/
I know a glitch with Kain. Here is how to do it: make sure the enemy is as close as he can get to u, that's step one. Step 2, use jump and charge it all the way until it releases its self. After that, u will be in the air for too much time and the enemy can escape. Lame glitch but it's worth a try :)

I feel like Yusuke Urameshi on YuYuHakusho (when he and Kurama commented on Hiei's battle with Seiryu in season one) amazed that you can see so many glitches whereas I only recognize a few. Honestly, I don't recognize them. I consider very few of these clips glitches or fails. Of course, I haven't played the game so I don't know. Are they not supposed to be defeating their opponents in that particular moment?
I can try to explain some of the issues you brought up. Sure, many of the clips show the finishing moves of the battles. However, usually these finishers don't involve getting hit simultaneously with the opponent (since the attacks would normally get cancelled because of it), reflecting the foe's attack back to them the moment they are launched (2:58), Assist character getting a seizure (3:10), the opponent voluntarily launching themselves to my fireballs and killing themselves without me having to do anything, teleporting to deliver the final blow and glitching out while doing it (6:03) etc. They aren't all glitches per se, but the in-video title also lists "WTF-moments" as part of this compilation, which these finishers most certainly fall under. If you want to see a noticeable glitch or two, I can try and point out a few for you. You can see one right at the beginning where when the opponent is about the start his super attack after the close-up roar, I die immediately with a standing animation for no reason. At 6:39 a character hits the corner of a platform while falling and teleports through it. Comparing 9:10 and the clip immediately after that shows that after using Quo Vadis the demon character teleports across the entire map instead of continuing the attack on the character using the tornado attack. I suppose those would be the most noticeable. Hope this helps a bit :)
These things aren't in the first iteration, are they? I had to sell my copy and I'd been considering picking up Duo, but I don't think I could handle all of these... phenomena. I think it would piss me off too much. Hopefully these issues will be addressed by the time they release the next game which I am still looking forward to.
