How do you get the bottoms to not burn?
While your adding the Chile and cheese and onion.
+Cecilia Gonzalez Hola Cecilia. Many thanks for your comment. Finishing these picaditas is pretty quick, and the bottoms seldom, if ever burn. If concerned, or if it might take a bit longer than a few seconds, you can lower the burner to medium or even low. Please let me know if this is helpful.
