When they took the land a lot more black people lost their jobs and homes so it made NO sense what so ever in taking the land from the farmers. Just like in the UK where I am told NO to using my own land so I pay NO tax and vat on £20,000 per year and have been made homeless seven times and my own little baby is also dead. I have only worked part time since Nov 2006 so have paid VERY little tax and vat and have paid NO tax since Jan 2015.
Even though a better distribution between communities was necessary, i find it outrageous that the white farmers were expropriated of their lands without compensation, all of it. They could have redistributed in a fair manner half half.. and they should retrun part of the land on that basis to the whites without the whites having to pay as a fair way to solve the problem.

As far as i know, only those whites who could not swallow the reality of being placed on an equal footing with black Africans found the land redistribution programme a bitter pill to swallow. But the minority who complied and quickly realized that the ordinary black man had said no to racism, oppression and segregation in his own land and quickly embraced the new era, are enjoying just like before, and are never crying. What then makes foreigners cry more than the bereaved boggles the mind. The idea that because land was given to civil servants and the employed being the cause of the lack of production is a masturbatory mentality meant to satisfy the minds of those against land being given to blacks. When Cecil Rhodes and Dr Leander Starr Jameson colonized this part of the land, they paid members of the Pioneer Column (those employed to colonized the land) with land, mining concessions and stolen cattle among other forms of payment.
