Siddique went to the Kremlin with Hasina - “on a family visit”. 😅 and that did not raise alarm bells? Bad judgment again by Starmer. He's simply not very good at perceiving the public mood. He also doesn't seem to have a functioning political antenna.

You do have to wonder about Labour's vetting process. If someone has family in government in one of the most corrupt nations in the world, and led a brutal regime to boot, do you not make sure you have scrutinised everything to the nth degree with them before putting them in power, let alone in power as an anti-corruption minister? As regards Louise Haigh versus Tulip Saddiq, there is another, uncomfortable issue here - a sizable portion of the population will immediately bring race to mind rather than the political side of the party they are home to. Has she come to power because of immigration from 'majority world' (erstwhile third world - 'majority world' aptly being coined by a Bangladeshi) countries and Labour's attitude with it? It's _particularly_ damaging because of the Elon Musk versus Starmer on grooming gangs thing. It gives a certain type of person a lot of ammunition. Expect to hear a lot of 'If Saddiq's aunt had been Bosnian or Greek, would she have got anywhere near power without this being flagged up'. To labour's credit, the two instances that I recall in the parliament of dodgy MP's have been dealt with by suspensions and resignations.

Tulip? She's no tulip...
Tulip siddiq failed to declare her assets she own to labour party
And more importantly a flat gifted to tulip siddiq in exchange of something tgat her ants would compensate to this bangladeshi businessman
This is clearly corruption
If labour PM hide this crime, and didn’t help DR YUNUS effort to rebuild economy, then we the Bangladeshi people won’t forgive 3:15
Not a complicated story - if she was a Tory you people would be screaming and shouting about this. EVERYONE knows who owns the houses they live in. This STINKS
Because it’s a young government, says Marr!! … come on! Wrong is wrong whether you’re 5mins in the job or 14 years in the job! These aren’t young kids, they’re mature seasoned politicians and they’ve balls’d up! Basic common sense and decency we need but instead we get double standards over and over again .. pick your political colour, red or blue, it’s all looking murky!
British press should investigate their PM over close relationship with Tulip siddique.
So Starmer appoints Emma Reynolds in her place. Was that a wise move in view of her external links?
By Money money money !
It's forgotten already with everything else - Trump, Storms etc.
Andrew Marr defending the Labour government once again. No political bias then!
Let the adults take office proclaimed Starmer. So far we have had a bully beating up a constituent, a nonse getting caught out by thise kiddy hunters and an anti corruption minister caught in in a corruption scandal. For the love of god Starmer just go.
Not at all she has stepped , she will be back , she is good.
Why don't they run background checks on candidates? Tulip was always going to be an extremely risky candidate due to her family background.
Didn't breech the code, then the code needs changing
Oh, and the photo with Putin and her aunt? Just a family outing? 😮
You're as current as the Daily Nail. Read what the IMF said today about the UK's prospects etc..and asoban excellent piece about the economist who is her right hand man
