I'm not a Dokken completist so I wouldn't argue with your Top-5 rankings. I kept up with Dokken for their first five albums (plus Beast from the East) but the early 90's pushed pop metal aside, in favor of the likes of Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Metallica, etc. I do think "Back for the Attack" is an album that is carried on the shoulders of Lynch's guitar - both sound and riffs - even more than other early Dokken albums. Thanks for the heads-up about "Dysfunctional". I'll check it out.

That's my top 3 as well. On BFTA George Lynch was clearly at his peak, as his guitar work was simply _phenomenal_ at the time. It's all there; world class phrasing, the tone, vibrato, and clean, flawless execution.
Erase the slate with Reb Beach on lead guitar is top five for me. Lightning strikes again is awesome as well. Under lock and key is number 1 for me. Back for the attack 2.
