There’s still subroles that havent been covered, which are the dmg roamers and healer/backline supports, how would you rotate with them compared to normal roamer tanks that usually initaite fights as compared to these?

Been playing this game for a while and rarely do I see a good guide for ML.
Most of the information here is genuinely good knowledge for players to have especially the ones related to macro. The only thing missing I'd say would be giving a rundown on mage items (like buying Divine glaive or Genius wand vs Magic resistances) but overall good job : )

In short, playing as a Mid laner/Mage takes a lot of "MAP AWARENESS". Know when to use your skills without sacrificing yourself. Forecasting also plays a big role to be a successful mid-laner.
Thanks for the guide! As always, very informative. I've decided to spend more time in study about mlbb this season, as I've been struggling a lot in solo queue. My winrate was about 57% last season, and this season I'm floating around a 52% and am still stuck in legend. I've noticed I keep a high winrate on my mages though, and this video is only going to help that improve!
Suggestion - if you lose more then two times in a row then stop playing rank at all and play 1 clasic match if win then continue or vice versa
If you are a poke hero, do your best to poke the enemy midlane...delaying their lvl 4 is a HUGE advantage
No wonder why coach riiku have thousands of subscriber with just 7 videos only.
All the stuff in his uploaded videos were actually helpful, i mean helpful enough to make players like whos already playing ML in years, yet still learning alot from him.

Played more often in the past two months (mid as Vale or Valir). I really must deliver my utmost gratitude for this video.
It's very accurate and helpful! The hot area of getting ambushed in the middle of the map is something i have unfortunately experienced more than once xD junglers and tanks will usually be the ones camping there. If you already get killed once (or twice) there, do not push and focus on defending the turret instead. Or rotate after clearing the minions.
I also actually switched to Flicker battle spell right after watching this video, and it's way way WAY more helpful than Flameshot. Flameshot is to ensure kills and perhaps help push away enemies. But Flicker is very helpful to ensure survival and get out of the way of your teammates (by not dying thus not feeding the enemies, and be the last one to still be alive to keep defending the turrets/high ground).
Despite that, more recently I've started using the Arrival battle spell instead, it's saved time for me to rotate between lanes. I am awful at rotating so I now prefer Arrival compared to Flicker to better help my teammates push/defend in their lanes.
As a mage main, this really helped me, you're very underrated dude, I don't know how people aren't subbed yet

Switching from league and this video was very helpful. It's hard being a mage in solo que cause u are useless unless you are fed or it's late game.
I completely agree. If you've been a mid lane player in League, I highly recommend trying out the jungle role in MLBB, as it serves as the equivalent carry position to mid lane in League imo.

Mid lane job isn't just to last hit and get klls ez ez gg
They're in the center they have to do alot of comms and assist you gotta raise awareness for missing enemy since mage/jg/roamers usually go near mid , you need to help with objectives, you gotta rotate on every lane

This guide can easily carry a hardstuck to mythic, I cannot comprehend the amount of mages overstaying on crucial lanes stealing resources such as gold and exp which somehow snowballs into their opposing laner to gain advantage of 1 item or 1 level

Yo I think it'd be cool if you took the time to create detailed guides around certain heroes since I have trouble trying to learn new ones when usually anyone that plays them are just smurfing or beating them way too hard.

WOW! What an excellent guide. You pretty much touched on all aspects of playing midlane. Only thing I would add is how to build early game. Depending on your hero, it may be better to build 2 mana necklaces/elegant gem early game as opposed to boots.

In dota, people will take the importance of reporting when the enemy is missing in the lane yet, in ML, whenever I keep spamming enemies missing, they still go beyond the boundary and end up getting killed.
