You have no idea how helpful this actually could be for my ADHD brain's executive dysfunction. Because currently I watch almost no anime (even though I want to) and don't study until the night before exams (which is getting a bit trickier since 3rd Semester exams are in a month and it's not getting easier). So taking the averages of my semi-successful strategies and doing the math: This routine would basically increase my daily anime episodes by approximately 6000% and it would at least tenfold my daily time studying. I'll report back in summer.
So in other words don't study because is optional and just watch anime because is mandatory, yeah... I have done that a lot and got bad grades because of lack of studying but doing it the opposite way (the original animedoro) actually helped me get very good grades, so this didn't improve anything... Sorry but is way to much relaxing the trick is if you have a test for example on a Friday then from Monday to Thursday you got to study and use the original animedoro technique so you don't stress but also don't waste too much time on anime, unless you sure that you already know the topic very well.
How do we best differentiate between the graph depicting the amount of fun, and the graph depicting anime's watched, so that the user, or in this case viewer would best comprehend and distinguish the two? - blue / green

I don't have the usual work I do, so watching 2 episodes of a show and then 25 minutes of practicing a skill is perfect It is always good to have multiple options This one seems great for someone with a lighter workload Perfect baby step for those who are already watching a lot of anime but want to be more productive
I'm in med school so this is definitely not for me 😅😅😅. To be honest I'll combine both method, animedero would be 60-120min or 1 to 2 hours of studying, 60 min break instead of the 30-minute break unless there's a emergency like test and repeat the cycle. So on avergae if I have one class it would be an average of 6 hours of study with 2 hour break give or take. I don't study on saturday so this method might only be useful for on that day.
There are a couple of objections i have with your video _You cant just say study when you feel like it otherwise you might rename your technique "binge watching". _The amout of work done will be inexistent because you wqtch 45 mins of anime plus 15mins work.
The most effective one of all is the cuddle technique, unlimited study and if you're burnt out you just cuddle with your partner, but the cons of this is you need to have a partner 😂
Its basically 45 min procrastination and 15 min of working in panic 🥲 i read somewhere it takes around 20 mins for the brain to get in focus mode after being distracted. Also unrelated but you are really good looking 😍
