Great video Ash, do you still own the van? Any issues? I didn’t realise that the tall cupboard folds down like that. What is this used for and could you use it as a pantry?
We've moved on since then (our kids got bigger and we needed a bit more to suit us). We only had a few very minor issues that Jayco fixed up. To be honest - this trailer was hands down the best bang for buck and I wouldn't have any issues in recommending it! That tall cupboard is actually for hanging clothes (on hangers) - a quick look at youtube will show you absolutely NOBODY uses it for that and most people have put shelves in there to use it for storage like you are talking about haha.
Nah .. never had a leak with it. I think the roof on the older models was made up of different parts that had the potential to leak (if not sealed properly) .. but the new ones are all one piece. Canvas has been good .. the canvas on the roof parts over the bed ends has a coating which makes it pretty waterproof.

You'll want shelves in the cupboard for sure! We got an Aussie traveller awning instead of the bagged ones .. Way better and quicker to set up. The only thing I would like now is a kitchen side awning. It's a great van .. I can't fault it yet
I bought one of these. Shock absorber bolt fell out on the way home from the dealer. End beds rated at 380kg or something but bent badly with half that weight in them. Very disappointed to be honest. Cupboard doors wouldn't open even when new.
Ash D I went to a dealer to buy a new electrical socket which also burnt out. Whilst there I asked the dealer about the bent beds. He said he had a similar van In his shop for service. We both went to have a look at the bed ends on that van. They were also both bent. Have you not had any troubles with your beds sagging badly in the middle at all?
Richard Grey we don't have it anymore (just upgrading to a new hybrid at the moment). Had no issues with the beds at all, had some issues with the cupboards and the door that were all sorted on the first service.

How long does it normal take when you first get this type of van.
The first time takes a bit, but once you know whats what it's super quick and easy
would this fit in a standard double garage ?
Yeah, we had ours under a 1.95m carport

Is it good to tow or a struggle
Tows really well .. I have a progressive redarc towpro brake controller which is great in terms of pulling the trailer up in a gradual manner
