เค้กหน้าไหม้ Basque burnt Cheesecake จะหอมอร่อยหน้าต้องไหม้ ใครๆก็ทำได้ #Cooking กับครูชื่น
ส่วนผสม
ครีมชีส 300 กรัม
น้ำตาลทราย 100 กรัม
แป้งเค้ก 20 กรัม
ไข่ทั้งฟอง 3 ฟอง
ไข่แดง 1 ฟอง
ครีมข้นหรือวิปครีม 250 กรัม
วนิลลา 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
พิมพ์ขนาด 2 ปอนด์
อบไฟ 230 C /20 นาที
Ingredient
300 g cream cheese
100 g sugar
20 g cake flour
3 whole eggs
1 egg yolk
250 g heavy cream or whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
Mold size 2 lbs.
Bake at 230 C /20 minutes
