You are still missing something, your market tents can have 2 of the stalls inside of them, to do so, you put up the first basic village market wood table, then select the Tent cover (here you used Blue) and then go back in and select another village market table, and then place that one inside the tent also, you then get 2 people working in one market 'zone' and you can sell 2 goods from one stall.

The people who come in at the town center are immigrants. The high level fishing lady who left in the start of this serie was an emigrant. And they are all migrants.

Did you complete that quest from last episode where some outside group wanted 150 iron? Maybe completion of that found its way to the cutting room floor during editing.
The refined food situation in the new town certainly is a bit of a mystery - hopefully the solution to that surfaces in the next couple of episodes.

I think part of your issue with bread is that the bakery needs a small amount of water to make bread, and the nearest well is super far away, you also may need a second windmill.
Im Not certain how the production values and stuff work though so I could be wrong.

Thanks for the advice, I hadn't considered that but I keep running out of wheat so I figured that was the problem. You just need a lot of wheat, 12 per loaf.

Oh yes. You can build huge custom castles. It has a great building mechanic. You can even edit them later of you want to.
