Just some numbers... T11 opulent bow, gold mastered is 8.5m gold, (4.25M gold profit) for 2398 energy (with surcharge energy reduction ascension unlock). This is 564 gold per energy. Energy is VERY valuable. In Rob's example here, he was saving 80 energy. That's the equivalent of 45,120 gold. Not a bad amount of money to "save" on an item that costs 355,000 gold.

Full party only shortens quest time, rest time will be the same. But yeah you can do more quests total short manning. Just also likely to break more gear so factor that in too.
Sometimes you gotta plow through a ton of items. Sometimes you are capped on energy and it's more important to get the surcharge item for sale right away, so that as new customers enter your store and check out your pets, all that energy they are making isn't bouncing against the cap, being wasted.

I have always sent duos to hard quests whenever possible, but I don’t know what’s optimal tbh
