    Hi, I'm Mexican, I live in Mexico City, the tacos you ate are made of pressed chicharrón, it's pork meat and they're delicious, we call them "basket tacos". I am glad that you come to know my beautiful Mexico.

      Hi Li 👋 Basket tacos. Thanks for letting us know. We didn't have plans to eat there, but the line of people, and the amazing smell, pulled us in. They were amazing and so was our entire experience in CDMX. You live in an amazing city 🇲🇽💛

I lived in CDMX for many years and have a lot of local contacts so I know the ins and outs and ups and downs and appreciate your views for first time visitors. Hello friends, visit the Chapultepec castle, the Roma neighborhood , the Countess, la Mexicana park, go to the El Moro restaurant to eat churros, they eat cakes, the government palace was never ruled by the Aztecs because it is a construction of colonial origin, in those In ancient times it was governed by Spaniards, I hope soon you will visit other states so that you can learn about the diversity of Mexico in various aspects, especially that you get to know the center and north of Mexico, regions that are not as famous as the south, I still recommend going to the south greetings 👋

    Around minute 14 you talk about the Spanish brothers who had their homes on top of the templo mayor (that story is somehow fixed, for tourists) my family had a home on the of the Templo Mayor for a long time until the 1968 earthquake in Mexico City, my father and grandfather used to tell stories about the sounds they hear bellow the floor of the house, (it was the water from storms running bellow in between the home floor and the templo mayor (my family had one of Tlaxcala’s biggest Pulque Haciendas and had connection with downtown mexico City to bring every day fresh pulque by a private rail running close to the downtown house) on that earthquake of 1968 many of the houses in downtown Mexico City crushed the floors and were destroyed it was on that ocasión that the Mexicans discovered the Templo Mayor (but the 1986 Earthquake discovered way more things around that same area)

    • @540815yo
      @540815yo ปีที่แล้ว

      Your information is not correct. The Templo Mayor was discovered at the beginning of the 20th century, when the government of Porfirio Díaz carried out drainage works. For many years Guatemala Street crossed the Templo Mayor and it was possible to see some parts of the ruins.

    Ciertamente no nos importa si a los extranjeros les gusta o no nuestra cultura o ciudades, aquí se tienen las puertas abiertas para todos, pero si algo no les gusta, cómo
    Sugiere el título del video, bueno las puertas siguen igual de abiertas, basta de permitir a los extranjeros hacer dinero de este tipo de videos, amén o no el país, somos los mexicanos quienes estamos en la
    Mejor posición de criticar nuestras tradiciones, concluida la comida y cultura.

      It's true that Mexico is in north America but we are also Latinoamerica. Latinoamerica is the part of America that is culturally latina. Latina or latino It's a ethnicity term to refer to the people who speak Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese because those languages are derivate from Latin.

      @@arnulfoalvarez1743 Los gringos son super groseros y racistas con todos los mexicanos. Hay que exigirles que hablen el idioma también. Luego llegan a México, se instalan, no interactúan con los locales y acaban gentrificando todo sin adaptarse a la cultura. Los franceses y alemanes NO hacen eso, ello si aprenden y hablan español. Los únicos que no sienten que deben hacerlo son los gringos y los ingleses.
