I like to use a plastic bag with the flour in the bag. For me it is less of a mess, put the meat in the bag and shake it around and done. I also like to use tongs, when turning the meat, does not pierce the meat and let the juices out.
One thing about Filipinas, they are not used to cooking beef. I taught my wife to make beef stew while I was there. Watching you interact with your wife makes me wish mine were here. She will be this year I hope. They are such sweet little women can't help but to love them. It's cute to watch them try new things.
@@RizandMe We've been married a year last Oct 20th. I had problems with doing paper work and delayed getting her here. I tease her that we already have the perfect marriadge I live in Tulsa Oklahoma and she lives in the Philippines. I cane back home a few weeks after we were married, family needed me.
Well we will cross our fingers for a speedy processing time. We know all to well about your situation. We were very delayed in our situation. The pandemic held us up from meeting in person then delayed us in processing the paperwork. All in all it took over 4 years. She has been here now a little over a year now 😊
@@RizandMe It' easy to see how happy you are together. I was on about the first plane to the Philippines after they announced they were open, I spent a week in isolation when I got there. We talk every night without fail and we have since we met. She'll be here this year I am sure. thanks
@oldgeezer3324 well please keep us informed of the progress. We are always happy to hear about success stories like ours. I know it can try your patience, but it will be worth it in the end. Thanks for watching. Please don’t forget us, and you will have to send us a photo of the two of you when you are together.

Yes you are correct they don’t really cook a whole lot of beef 🥩. How long have you been married and having to live apart ?
