Electronic visa waiver from uk is £30 pounds. It's sufficient to do umrah and one visit upto 180 days I think. I had no problem getting zam zam back on this visa.
@@dewihanififyit's different from the eVisa. this one is an eVisa waiver. meaning you don't need a visa. you just apply for the waiver which costs around £32. but i don't think that's an option for Europeans yet. it's only for British nationals so far.
Salam brother, when I applied for an evisa (I'm from the west), I made sure to check the visa type box for both tourist and Umrah. However, when I printed my evisa, only the tourist status was shown. This happened to everyone in my family I applied for. My in-laws did the same for their evisas and travelled a week after we did (Dec 2023). They did not have any trouble bringing back Zamzam water. My family did not bring Zamzam water back with us because we didn't know that was even an option. If only we found Episode 24 before our travels. Please make Dua for me and my family the next time you are in Makkah Insha'Allah!

As you correctly mentioned, Umrah is one of the reasons there. But the visa is still tourist visa. Well, you will go again In Sha Allah and bring back ZamZam next time.
I went for umrah in april and return back home from madinah they gave eveyone of us zam zam 5 liter..without any question...we all 7 ppl had tourists visa.

I have not experienced this myself but I have heard from others that Wizz Air has refused to carry ZamZam water in the past. Please try and see if they allow you. Please let us know in the comments here after your trip. May Allah accept your umrah.
@ Zarah - Walaikum Salam. In Makkah and Madinah, you can drink ZamZam using cups from the ZamZam taps and ZamZam containers in the Masjid. However, when you buy the ZamZam from the airport to take home, it comes in a 5L bottle, which is in a sealed plastic bag, which is in a cardboard box. May Allah grant you good health.
There are smaller bottles of ZamZam. I have seen them being handed out before Iftar in Ramadan. Not sure where to buy them but I would prefer to fill my own small bottles.

Is it the e-visa? How come so cheap?As I check (I'm from Europe as well), the cost is SAR 400 (USD120) for 1 year.

How to show that we did umrah using a tourist visa
They don’t ask for evidence that you have performed the Umrah.
I have transit visa. Performing umrah and I will have proof of umrah permit . Can I bring zamzam?

Walaikum Salam. You can only get 5L per person. If you want to bring home a little bit extra, watch episode no. 31.
