Hi you guys.I am an American who has lived more the 30 years in Europe and I can understand you both. I married a European woman and we have a daughter with dual citizenship. I see lots of positives and negatives on both sides of the Atlantic, so I have just chosen to be happy wherever I am. 7:15 amen with this part! My husband says that I spend more money on my card a month than he does, but I’m also the one that does grocery shopping and that shops with our teenage daughters for clothes and hygienic products. It appears that I spend more, but it’s not in myself, if that makes sense.

My great grandfather was from Cozena and my grandfather was from Acquaformosa. I spent 8 weeks in Italy. It was so amazing and I loved the laid back attitude. You both make me smile whenever I'm down. Thanks for all the great videos. ❤
On the question Italy vs USA, I totally agree with y’all. I’m from Austria and moved to the United States and here you have so many opportunities but Austria is so simple and happy whereas the us can be materialistic and too much. People just have everything here and are so unhappy. However, Americans get mad at me when I explain how I feel about the differences

Doesn’t tend to work well the other way. I’m being serious. Americans are totally accustomed to living within a federal constitution. That set of laws gives every American the exact same rights- even though people say otherwise- there is equal opportunity in america there is not equal outcome in america- or anywhere else on earth . We are not accustomed to go to jail over a Facebook post. Some of Europe doesn’t have clean drinking tap water- If you’re from flint Michigan you won’t care. We don’t have a value added tax- it’s a big dang deal. We don’t have national healthcare tax which is massive everywhere they have nationalized healthcare. Some of Europe’s tax rates are astronomically high.
Yes move from america for a better life. But don’t think that’s in Europe. Although Italy and Greece are ( in my opinion) Mediterranean societies not European societies. The rest and the UK- hell no

The USE has zero income tax. This includes residents and freelancers.
Some of Europe ( with healthcare and pensioners tax) is 68% look it up yourself. Switzerland comes to mind and freaking France. UK isn’t far behind.

I lived all my life in the USA and moved to mexico from ages 11 to 18, I knew real happiness when I moved there. The people, the culture, the freedom! I had to move back to the USA for school but I was very unhappy and moved back to Mexico, and it was the best decision of my life 💕

I would love this kind of video to be in the mix. It's a good break from the comedy and prank videos, which sometimes can border on meanness and disrespect. I enjoy the occasional joke, but when the two of you are speaking your mind and are being equals, that's very inspiring and truly entertaining.

I like the question about members of the opposite sex being friends. I had a friend who was male, I was friends with him and his wife. He was my brother (to me) and there was never any thought of anything else. When he and his wife sadly split up, she told everyone that we had been sleeping together!! In reality, she had been cheating on him, but wanted to deflect and say she only did it because he was cheating with me! There was never anything between us except a close bond, the kind I would have with my own blood related brothers. In fact, there are still people to this day, who are not aware that he was not my blood relative. His new girlfriend also couldn't think that we were just friends and sadly, he chose to be with her instead of considering staying friends with me. So, sadly, I lost my brother! That's what he was to me, my brother. BTW, I am married, was married the entire time we were friends. My husband and I just celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary on May 17.

When my husband and I were dating we were meeting at a bonfire but hadn’t found each other yet in the crowd. I was chatting with some friends when I saw my future husband backing away from a girl. The girl was grabbing onto him trying to pull him closer to her. My friends and I watch as she suddenly put her arms around his neck and licked the side of his face! I was shocked and asked who is that girl licking my boyfriend lol My poor man slipped out from under her arms and ran to a group of our friends and positioned himself in the middle of them while the rejected girl stood there in disbelief that her attempt failed. I couldn’t help but start laughing at how he handled the situation. When I walked up to him he was so excited to see me and hugged me and tried to kiss me but I asked him if he could wash his face first 😅 he was so embarrassed!

I agree with Sarah! The more I see influencers constantly sharing new makeup, outfits and stuff. The less I want to buy anything because it’s all too much and useless. I literally wear the same things everyday, minimal makeup but they last me a year to go through the product cause I do the same look. Why spend so much money on unnecessary things?
