0:46 Because of the way Defense Skills work, you could have actually been able to use the Clashable Guard. As long as Ishmael is about to be attacked, the Defense Skill will activate similar to a Counter regardless of if it says “Offset” or “One-Sided”. This means that it will automatically clash with the first attack targeted at Ishmael regardless of if they are supposed to clash or not, as long as the attack isn’t already clashing with another skill. This is also the same for Wild Hunt Heathcliff’s Clashable Counter. You may also use the Clashable Counter and Clashable Guard to actually NEGATE other defense skills; because it isn’t an actual Offensive Skill, the enemy will treat it similar to a Counter and not Evade/Guard/Counter it.
My favorite thing to ever happen was I accidentally used _Mind Whip_ early in a Sinking team cuz I wasn't paying attention... but she ended up targeting Wild Hunt Heathcliff, and he countered with _Lament, Mourn, and Despair._ The good news is it didn't even do much damage, Ishmael got off lightly lol. Reindeer Ishmael resists Blunt, and her base EGO resists Gloom. She is one of the FEW things in the game that _Lamnent, Mourn, and Despair_ does NOT destroy instantly.
This reminds me of my recent run. I literally had a bleed team and gets so unlucky in fusion that 3 of them goes to slash, poise, and blunt. And the second run where i run rupture team, it goes to blunt and charge...
i'm no genius but i think his value is in using his block skill one turn just to turbo charge his tremor count, just so he can fence it onto the enemy and all of ishmaels potency can actually stay on them for longer then 2 turns. basically bringing psuedo-tremor into the zwei comp. seems kinda anti-synergy that all his stuff wants him to win a clash and the goal is to get the enemy staggers though
reminds me of that one time when i tried to use blockmael in md4h and fusing for thrill and got rocks and for some reason bleed IV ego gift finally got thrill in my 9th run
Hello! I am thinking the same But mostly Bleed focused Because we only saw 1 of the 3 maybe more on their side? Also Outis better have that Unbreakable AoE otherwise I will be sad =(
When the last part comes out so I can get yellow boxes again Since I didn't got him on the pulls I am sorry but usually the beginning of the season will be like this It happened on Season 4 as well I only managed to get the butlers IDs when the last part came out and all the pass was unlocked

Because to me, when borrowing him from support, I find that he's more of a debuffer than he is a clasher, because all of his skills are poise generating moves and rupture dealer. None of it gives him Haste like Cinq of the South offices.
I don't really buy these packs I just buy the battle pass and use Lunacy to restore stamina twice a day That usually gives me more than enough to do my things and get everything I want
