I presoaked mine about 5 days ago. Drained them and forgot to take them to the farm to put in trays to presprout. Repeat by 4 days and I have corms presprouting in jars😂. They're in trays now but I am just amazed at the amount of neglect they can take

Do you water them throughout the winter?

Only if we have a long dry spell. Up here in the PNW we don’t have many dry spells in the fall and winter

I have a problem 😂, I all ready did my presprouting thing, they look just like yours. I have three big trays .not many, but our weather hear in GA, 8b the temp this week is 80, the end of this week the temp will be around 75 and stày that way, with night time 65. So should I go ahead and plant these now?

You can. Or you could put them up and keep them wherever you had them sprouting. If it’s cooler. The heat won’t kill then but they’ll be very unhappy

@@gingersflorals thank you for the info. I think I will keep them were they are at for at least another week. Hopefully our temp will be dropping ing the high 60 soon. Be here in ga, our weather goes up and down a lot. Lol

Do you keep any in the ground year around? I understand why you are planting for your cut flowers. But was just wondering if you have left any in the garden to see how the do the next.

I don’t. They haven’t reliably come back for me. But, I’m going to try it again this year

@@gingersflorals I put 320 in last year, I'm hopeful the majority will return. But my zone 8b is different from yours. Usually no frost until December sometimes January.

Hi Erin. Great video. My husband says “good editing.” 🤣 my question is about staking. Do you ever use netting? Do you corral? It’s really hot here but I’m getting ready for when it cools. Thank you as always. BTW so impressive! Wowza 1000 🌱 plants

I coral and met other plants like dahlias and rudbeckia but not ranunculus
