This video has reinforced the fact you have to focus on what goes in your mouth. I think you are correct in setting aside a time in the am to work out, getting it done first thing.

Any ideas on quick exercise for working mums? I leave the house at 6:30am, come back after 5pm and have two small kiddos who need me instantly when I walk through the door. By the time they’re asleep around 8pm-9pm I’m wrecked and exercise is the last thing I can think of 😕 Not to mention I have to get up at 5:30am the next day 🤷🏼♀️

I noticed you mentioned most of your food is coming from carbohydrates...but carbohydrates turn to sugar (even complex carbs.) As someone who has developed "pre-diabetes" later in life, (as a senior) that might be something to consider. I have since reversed pre-diabetes through intermittent fasting and change of diet. I understand the value of carbohydrates as a source of energy, but think it might be something to consider in the long run. Thank you also for sharing recipes in your videos. I am starting to go plant based and needed some ideas.
I need to start getting some exercise in. I just can’t do anything stressful on my feet because I’ve had ankle surgery and my ankles sprain really easily and I have asthma so I find I get winded easily. I wish I had room for my treadmill and for my stationary bike that is stuck over at my mother in laws house since we no longer have a full basement.

It's interesting that neither of you don't consume caffeine does that mean you are Mormons? because they do that because of what it says in 2 Corinthians Chapter 7 verse 1 and this is also the basis why Jehovah's witnesses don't smoke tobacco and other drugs that involves smoking.
So glad you enjoyed this video! :) We actually just feel that caffeine has too much of a stimulant effect that we don't like. We are both sensitive to its effects and find that the natural energy from fruits, juices, and smoothies is much better! Plus, caffeine inhibits absorption of many key nutrients!
Would be great if your diet was not relying si much on supplements. It just make people think that it’s impossible to be vegan without tones on supplements. We should be ok with what we find in nature - in plants. The diet based on supplements does not seem sustainable or appealing.
We don’t use many supplements at all. We take our vitamins and use protein sometimes! Other than that, we just play around with superfoods because they hold immense healing and performance powers…we like to share the wealth when we find things that work and are of value to others! :)
