nah this is a video of him dribbling and messing around, he was a really good all rounded player, had fantastic vision, had a very good passing ability, he could cross the ball or even shoot, he used to smoke two packets of smokes a day when he played for barcelona but in his youth he was very athletic as well

Dragon Stojkovich, Dejan Savichevic, Robert Prosinecki, Boban, Mijatovic, Panchev, Sukar, Jugovich, Mihalovich etc etc. Red Star Belgrade won the Champions League with some of these players in the early 1990s. Only the AC Milan of the 1990s era can match Yugoslavia. A great era of magnificent players. Unfortunately, just like music, football died in the year 2000.

Yugoslavia never did such results because of national, politics key and a lot of corruption even Yugoslavia had good players but most for example Croatian players could not play or were not motivated.

He won youth world championships with Yugoslavia in 1987, he won several national championships and national cups in Yugoslavia with Red Star, then he won europian chapmpions cup in 1991. with Red Star (Champions league this days). He also won third place with Croatia in World Cup in 1998. He played along side with Dejan Savicevic and Dragan Stojkovic in Red Star, those three were better then the trio Cavi, Iniesta and Messi.

Sorry to disagree, but by no means can be considered a really great football player, unless you're a Croatian and he's your hero. Good technique, but to no good, as he would only move in circles. Lots of pointless dribbling, made the game slooooooow and outright boring. Used to like to pile players around him while his mates hopelessly waited for him to pass the ball. Finally, how can you account for such an outstanding display of technique with such a limited scoring capacity?
