I just graduated law school a couple of weeks ago and this is why I definitely don't want to do criminal law. Also, my criminal procedure, evidence, and criminal law professors all said NEVER allow your client to testify unless under unique circumstances. You can prep and practice all day long but they will most likely get up there and say something that completely jeopardizes the case. Criminal law is just too much!!!
