I think new nex cruze should come with new small dial and extra charges for big old dial should be reduced or alteast an option should be there. Bcoz old dial is of no use now.

The purpose of cruise control being affordable is defeated. I would suggest u to make a cruse control dial only with no other feature and make is pocket friendly for everyone so that this can be used by masses.
I am 2 year old happy customer. Ya initially there were some issues which the owner explained and some functions worked some not. But yes I enjoyed the whole experience. Thanks aha🎉🎉

In my opinion, the battery compartment should be placed on the right side of the dial. Currently, it is looking on the left side, making it tedious to change the battery if pasted. The left side faces the horn or airbag, providing less room to access the battery compartment. Or printing of icons on dial can also be reversed( upside down) without need of changing any hardware in pasting type dial

Considering it is rubber/silicon based strap for the strap mount, it tends to break at some point of time. How easy is it to replace the strap? 2. As they are not interchangeable, I suggest working on a strap mount which can click in the sticky mount into it and thus makes it interchangeable. At this point of time I feel Strap mount purchase I made is vulnerable. 3. Is there a way I can change my order from Strap mount to sticky mount? Assuming the Strap mount replacement might be challenging (Don't want to replace the whole unit if it breaks, to support reduced e-waste) I can talk to our R&D team if they are open to customer feedback.

It's nice to see but does it glow when some particular mode is selected. Like if cruise control is switched on it should glow blue under only the cruise button and not others. With this, you may be able to remove the led indicator hardware cost as well.
I have one doubt Sir... After dial teaching of new dial... Whether old dial will still works with nexcruise at the same time or its programming will be auto deleted

For upgrading from basic to pro, you will need to pay the difference. we will upgrade your system via a software upgrade, you won't have to send the system to us.
Sir this video have brought me to a doubt about the gripping strength of the sticker mount dial. We will need to replace the battery after few months and for that removal of dial is a must. Replacing the two sided sticker every time will be a hassle as the low quality sticker will loose it’s grip very soon. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
@@ahainnovations Akash ji, now most cars provide after market cruise control steering buttons by replacing basic one. Please see if passing a single wire to nexcruise can start taking input from car's cruise control buttons. I have Nexon Petrol with cruise control buttons.

sir why not integrate lights within the dial itself, even simple on/off light will work. At night, the led light bar is very distracting.

yes, if you need to use the old dial, the dial teaching for that has to be redone.

Sir NC needs to be pro to be able to use this dial. We have the option of upgrading basic to pro via software update.

any double sided tape will work. you may just replace the tape itself. Or just use the magnetic mount. No tape removal will be necessary.
