Well very late response, I also drive duster automatic 2018 model. The model comes with Eco and Normal city mode. What Aha cruise control city modes are different from these? I liked the last feature, you can adjust the speed with dialer, as in some cases you may get traffic on highway which is moving but with different speed.

It wont work in manual transmission, because when you press clutch to change the gear, cruise control will get disabled. You need to be on appropriate gear and then on it.

Nothing is certified by car companies infact the LED headlight installed after market are not certified by car companies yet we use them becuase they are relaible like wise this device comes with warranty

Well concern is about safty.. Lets say if a kid is on the seat and turns the dial it will accelerate and hit into something. This seperate device is a concern, if they provide something like a button on a steering wheel it would the best option
That is why there are isofix child seat anchor for child Everyone should make there child sit in the back with child seat with seat belts If they do that the child will always wear seat belt and will not create such accidents
