As a Keralite I can say Poor infrastructure which leads to poor industrialisation. This is the problem with Kerala. Kerala has very talented folks but they have to travel abroad or other cities in India for work. This is one of the important reason why Keralites are called as "Rich". There is no ecosystem in Kerala to bring big industries so that more Keralites will get opportunity in Kerala itself. Most of the industries will have to deal with Hartaals and union issue.

As a Keralite I can say Poor infrastructure which leads to poor industrialisation. This is the problem with Kerala. Kerala has very talented folks but they have to travel abroad or other cities in India for work. This is one of the important reason why Keralites are called as "Rich". There is no ecosystem in Kerala to bring big industries so that more Keralites will get opportunity in Kerala itself. Most of the industries will have to deal with Hartaals and union issue.
No thats not the case. In Kerala infrastructure is not developed to any perticular city like in other states. Lot of panchayats in kerala are have infrastructure like those in cities of north.
