Sir actually i m bit confused whether everything is online or i need to go to the location as it says "Your scheduled date of joining the employment of the Company will be March 10, 2022. (i haven't got any launchpad id and stuff and its already 6 march, how will it be possible for me to join in 3-4 days as i m from west and location is MYSORE)". Let me know fast sir.

Some people got welcome kit in first month of joining and some after 6 months of joining.

Hello first congratulations.
You will receive launched details before 1 week of your DOJ that is around 15th of Nov maybe..
There you need to upload all the documents like your marksheet personal details bank account etc.
You only need to take the service agreement printout that is first page on Bond paper and all other of green paper. Then ypu need to upload that or they will ask to send it by mail.
After verifying the service agreement they will ask you to courier it. That is after your DOJ.
So keep service agreement ready before DOJ.
Passport is mandatory but ypu can submit it after joining also.
So apply ASAP.

I have one query.....I am selected for SE profile in Infosys i.e. for 3.6lpa package....amd my joining is from 13 sept i.e. next week.......and i have also applied for their System engineer specialist position too....but till now i haven't received any assessment related mail....so is there any chance that they will also send me the mail related to SES profile too or should I go for SE profile only or wait for SES profiles assessment test

You can change thet in launchpad only.

Salary will be provided.
For DSE role there is no exam only certification.
They will not kick you from company. Almost everyone will clear the exam.

Yes you can change password and login. Using Microsoft login link.

For Infosys NATS registration is mandatory but my college name is not there in the list on NATS portal and as mentioned that if your college name is not there in list select other option and enter college details but the other option is also not available so what i should do now?
You should send a mail to NATS mail id stating your college name not listed in the Dropbox. And included clg details they will update it.

95% chance is your training will be online and it will be virtual Onboarding.
Very less chance you will get offline training due to pendamic and other reasons

Bro I Got Offerletter and Launchpad link Day before Yesterday..They said to open an bank account in ICICI but I completed registration..On Next day at 9am they sent an induction mail and started Induction but still on that time details from ICICI I didn't recieved any information so the HR has Regretted me and Said that I will be Scheduled for another date of joining how many days it will take to Announce Rejoin date? MS teams access is not given to you. You can access Ms team after allocating to project so dont worry

Yes you can clear if you complete the assignment given during training

Yes you need to fill service agreement at the time of joining.
Talking about bank account you need to have ICICI or AXIS bank account for Infosys.
If you already have account in these bank then they will convert it to salary account.
If you dont have account then no worries it will be created in one day online. Infosys will guide how to do create account so no need to worry

Hlw, I newly joined Infosys on 24th Dec and also I have attend the 1st day of induction. They discuss about all the mandatory form that we have to fill but I missed the last session so can you please tell me in which address I have to submit all the forms.
You have to fist mail them all the documents i guess.

There is nothing like leave in induction program.
It will be for 1 hour i guess in 4th day.
You can just join at that time and do your work. Sometime that will be trouble shooting session you can skip that if you dont have any problem

I think you have received mail like virtual Onboarding, if that is the case then no need to go anywhere your Onboarding and training will be online.
You will be communicated through mail very soon.

@@ajayprajapat8972 yes bro actually they will provide you with the access to citrix and other platforms like sparsh and other apps. You are supposed to get the password in this session to be able to use outlook, sparsh etc.

And one more thing that as I am selected for 3.6lpa package and joins Infosys so is there any internal upgradation program in Infosys through which i can update my profile from SE(3.6lpa) to SES(5lpa).....is there any such possibility.....
Yes there are some internal upgradation opportunity is there. But you cannot get SES/DSE role from SE role.
The hierarchy will be different for SE role
What's the duration of that upgradation program....means in how many months or years did we get the chance

Every quarter there will be internal hiring for ses/pp role in Infosys they call it bridge program
You have to give exam which basically a coding exam
If you clear that exam based on ur performance you get interview either for ses/pp
Once you clear that interview
Your manager will release you from current project ( it might take time like 1month/2)
After that you ll have a induction session and training for ses role
This is based on a person's experience who was at se role in infoys and upgraded to ses

Everytime Everyone will have generic training.
But this time may be For CS it may be little less time or they will skip it.
Just wait for 2 days i will confirm it.

@@anirudhkumar5565 yes as i asked some students who joined recently. For them they are directly trained in Streams and for some students they already allocated to projects and they trained for Project specific. This may change in coming days. This is first time happening in Infosys

Both of them are from cs background
In first case what happened is she had only induction program no training after that directly released from training and even she got laptop on releasing from training for some days she was on bench recently allocated on a project
In second friend's case what happened is she was directly alloted to stream training her stream was spark after 18days they stopped the training ( it was of 50days) and realeased from training saying they have high businesse requirements
My DOJ is 20th December dont know what ll happen in my case since im from mechanical background it ll be great if they can provide both generic ans strean training and i can make best use of it to improve my skills

Almost for everyone it is Virtual and online training. Check again your OfferLetter they have mentioned in mail itself as virtual Onboarding so training will be online.

They assume you know all basics and they will directly start stream training and that to very short period of time.
So utilise ur time and learn some basics
