I wouldnt say Cross Rd. is a hotspot. Ive seen many more people at Worcester station and Springfield station than there. But then again Ive been to both Worcester and Springfield stations but never Cross Rd., the only time Ive "been there" is when I took the Downeaster up to Portland about 6 or 7 years ago
