For keto, besides coconut they use alot of almond flour Irfan! That acts as binding agent.. if u are serious abt Keto, reduce keto as well and use proteins.. that ways u are managing ur cholestrol.. day 3 of ketosis gets tiring (thats when it actually kicks in). Good luck with ur diet plan! Keto has worked for me many times.. but it quickly comes back when u jump back to normal routine. Its like a crash diet… nothing against it.. but sharing experience.. once u get out of Keto, adopt healthy eating and workout to maintain…

Keto diet is good, but you need to maintain stop - start method.. like you need to start for 5-7 days and stop for 5-7 days because only intake of protein and fat and avoiding carbs for a longer time may results in excess keto bodies which may results in keto acidosis - Metabolic acidosis (which is like a bad sign), while I’m seeing like a monthly plan in the restaurant I thought of saying it.. Check it once with a Keto restaurant by asking them about the stop start method.. or you can have a second opinion..

Hey Irfan, I wouldn't suggest keto diet, it is not very effective. I would suggest that you eat a high protein and balanced carb diet while going to the gym and doing weight training. It has helped me build 1 kg of muscle and loose 6 kgs of fat in 1 month.
