Dude, I use two phones in my daily routine, the Android SmartPhone (Motorola), for home and office affairs, and an Alcatel Flip phone for street stuff, public transportation and field work. I prefer using the Flip phone's GPS whenever I'm searching for an address by walk or moving through crowded places, On the other hand, I use my Android SmartPhone's GPS, whenever I'm driving or doing longer trips, where listening to voice instructions is more recomended.
It has GPS but it's difficult to use. KaiOS needs to iron out their navigation app. Please use caution when buying a flip phone if GPS is important for you.

That particular one is an Uniden I got from Walmart, but there are many others from AliExpress and eBay. I looked up the Uniden one from Walmart but it's no longer available in store. If you type "Uniden phone holder" on Amazon you will get a long list of knockoffs products that pretty much do the same. AliExpress has the cheapest ones if you are willing to wait 3 weeks. If you need it quickly, Amazon is the best bet but you'll pay double the price, and if you don't have Prime you will pay for shipping too.
Part of the problem is that the guys that work on KaiOS don't seem to be trying enough. Another problem is that Nokia thinks that anybody that wants a flip phone somehow would rather use a 5 megapixel camera. They could make a good flip phone if they wanted to but they are not interested.
As far as navigation, I would say yes in particular if you look up businesses (e.g. restaurants, gas stations, etc) on Google maps, but that's only if you even want to bother with navigation on a flip phone. Some jurisdictions prohibit using an electronic device while driving, so that would further complicate things.

The flip phones with the most capabilities are just not enough to get me to go back to them.

No. It does not.

No. There are apps that can be installed but they are mostly junk. There is no Google Play Store.
